Keep Cavill as Superman, but don't connect the further movies to MoS or BvS. Recast everyone else.
Don't explain it through some shitty Crisis or Flashpoint movie. Just pretend those other movies never happened.

Just ignore the previous movies and focus on the standalone franchises with minor references to the greater DC Universe. Once you've re-established goodwill, do Justice League VS. Legion of Doom.
Just make each movie self contained and Justice League/Teen Titans/Suicide Squad crossovers.
