It was retarded, and everything that followed made that clear.

I think this arc is dumb. Because Getaway is just so dumb. Fraud literally tells Atomizer he's egging him on and Atomizer doesn't feel like telling his boss this? Plus that transmission was sent out to everyone. Even IF Getaway's plan was possible, then once he gets back to Cybertron or any Colony World not a single bot would trust him. He'd be under LM and Megatronus in terms of trustworthiness. Plus even breaking Fraud and Sunder out of jail. Not a single person involved in that questioned letting a bot roam free who literally turned them inside out?

Not to mention the art implies he has his eyes, so there's nothing stopping him from just turning everyone inside out if he felt like it.

2. Atomizer freed Froid and Sunder, not anybody else. Then everybody's mind has been altered.

Granted he wanted to state a mutiny before Getaway got his matrix affinity.

Atomizer is definitely gonna turn out to be manipulating Getaway. He'll probably be the one who ends up killing him too.

We're not really sure, as far as I'm aware.
He's been conspiring against Rodimus for a while now, since way back right after the Megatron trial he gave Rodimus a (faked) list of people who didn't want him to return as captain.

Always wondered why though?

I've not figured that out.
Maybe it's because they have similar color schemes.

I guess he thinks Rodimus is inept.
I also always suspected he wanted to take Rodimus' position but.

The same way I'd feel in most situations where Grimlock gets to kick the shit out of someone: Pretty good. Getaway in particular needs to eat a load of shit, so it'd be cool.

If they're so intent on putting Optimus on a pedestal, these assholes should be made to answer to him.

I'd actually really love to see this, watching each one squirm in their seat as they had to explain it directly to Optimus's face why they thought mutiny was aceptable and that their actions resulted in the death (as far as they know currently) of their other prime.

No... Optimus needs a break. He's already got earth, Starscream, and a bunch of evil humans to deal with. The old man needs to rest.

As much as I agree, I can't think of anything worse than being told to their face how disappointed Optimus is in you.

Of course there's Aequitas, but pretty sure it's been decommissioned.

My dates are a bit mixed up though. Is the point we're watching the events of the Mutineer Trilogy happened before or after Optimus would have received the last testament of the Rodimus crew some issues ago?

Because if he's seen the whole thing, he's heard Rodimus' breakdown of what Getaway did.

If the Lost Light just now got the message from the Rod Squad, that mean Optimus should be getting it at about the same time assuming that the Rod Squad is exactly between the two.
