I loved it to bits as a kid, but tried to watch the first ep recently and it was realy.. bad.

>as a kid but barely remember
That's pretty much every show I watched as a kid.

What in the hell was this show called?!?

dog city?

>dog city

thank you!

I'm was almost positive this show didn't actually exist and I hallucinated the entire thing because no one seems to remember it

It's real and it's on weird fringe channels.

That was fairly well known, just was mediocre enough it didn't get committed to memory.

Really bad shows like butt ugly martians are at least kinda memorable for being terrible.

Fun fact: This series was based on a live-action Muppet special of the same name. In fact, most of the muppets and VAs from the special were used in the series during thr live-action and animated scenes.

>weird fringe channels
God, Qubo picks up the most obscure shit, don't they?

I remember Dog City. It was fun mixing up Muppets and Cartoons together.

i never liked the muppet parts

Pecola?

I liked how his real life was a reflection of what he was drawing at the time.

...

While we're at it, anyone remember a cartoon about a hick living in a trailer and had an old, red truck? I only recalled the early part of the cartoon where he wash his face with a stagnant, filthy water in the sink

Don't you dare!

Jim Button and Luke the Engine Driver cartoon

>TFW cant find any good pics

I rewatched it recently. It definitely gets better, though it's not amazing. And I can still hear Ace screaming "ELLIIOOOTTTTT!" sometimes.

I reached season 2 and the first episode was a variety show parody, with skits. At first I thought it was a fun, one-off thing. But it turned out the entire season was like that, and I instantly understood why this show never got a fourth season.

I thought they were ugly, but without them, the show would be pretty generic and dull. The premise of the cartoon is good, but it leaned so hard on the muppet segment to bounce off of.

this

I remember watching this one show about a bunch of goofy cops solving crime while their boss tried to keep them in line. The character that sticks out to me was this fat black cop that loved eating burgers. I have some scenes playing in my head but the show's name isn't coming up.

I ain't ever seen it but that sounds like it could be the Police Academy cartoon

YES, THAT'S IT! Thanks user, don't know if it holds up but I'm glad that mystery is finally over.

>And so, with user's unfinished business resolved, he was finally able to pass on

>First episode date: September 10, 1988
>Final episode date: September 2, 1989
Huh, guess Italy got it real late because I wasn't even around during its American airing.

I watched the Teen Wolf cartoon religiously

Holy shit. I haven't seen this in years but I'll forever have that theme song burned into my mind.

This.
It was great show!

One of the earliest cartoons i watched as a kid, was about a group of people hunting for magic gems, and like one of the gems turned out to be a koala like creature or something.

It was very piraty.

God i wish i could remember more about it,

Biker Mice from Mars
Megaman
The Mighty Ducks
Gargoyles

I was lurking some video compilations of latin america intros for 80s to early 2000s anime and cartoons when I bumped into this: youtube.com/watch?v=1t-9bHhuDUg

I could remember having seen it but I remembered jack shit about it.

Also, I remember I used to watch a lot of ReBoot back in Mexico, but I remember very little of what it was about

also, some anime That I wanna say was called Shinzo or something like that, I watched it on fox kids and I remember the mc had like a red suit and staff or something like that

latin america fox kids tended to have the weird imported japanese and canadian shit

>Billy West as G.e.e.K.e.R., Additional Voices
>Cree Summer as Lady MacBeth, Nanny, Sonny, Additional Voices
>Charles Adler as Dr. Maston, Jake Dragonn, Gene Damage, Additional Voices
>Jim Cummings as Mister Moloch, Will Dragonn, Cosmotto, Additional Voices
>Brad Garrett as Noah, Captain Wormhole

What a stacked roster and for a show that only had one season despite solid ratings due to the new owner's hateboner for the show. Apparently it's on Hulu now? I'll have to check it out and watch it in good quality.

I was convincing myself for years that it was just called G.E.E.K. Thanks for the info. And wow, that IS a stacked roster.

Out of my way, casuals. Here comes real obscurity.

I loved that show! It had that fat cat who was an ex-baseball star that couldn't hit knuckleballs, right? And Matt Hill is the blue skinny bird, if I remember voices correctly.

I was thinking about this show the other day and all I remember is a bad theme song and an elephant poop joke

thisi s from my nightmares

I only remember that I liked the characters a lot.

...

MUTANT LEAGUE

I want to watch it again but it's been largely lost to the aether.

I always got it confused with the Cops cartoon despite them being COMPLETELY different: youtube.com/watch?v=iZEZLnqKGWg

I could have sworn, there was a show that featured, 5-6 small dinosaurs. They were either, Vegas, or Broadway performers in their 'normal' lives, but then also fought crime, or villains in armored suits.

They fellin to the TMNT coloring troupe, Blue Leader, Purple was smart, Red had a bit of an attitude, then there was, a Yellow and Orange I think were separate colors, and Green.

I could have swear the show was called 'T-Rex' or T.R.E.X. or something like that, but for the life of me I can't find ANYTHING on it.

Good luck finding all the episodes of the English dub of this show. To this day I'm having a hard time looking for season 2

Taz-Mania and Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog.

I remember this weird show that used to play on the fox Saturday morning. about alien race car drivers

That sounds like The Adventures of T-Rex

I remember like this show more than Lion King, it actually had some good humor

Here's a bunch:
Jumanji, something about moto rats in mars, street sharks, a show about Jason and vehicles with weapon with plants on top, i don't remember, the magic bus, a show in nick about ivonne in the yukon, and the pippi long stockings, go figures i fapped thinking about pippi and i still have this thing for redheads.

>mfw trying to remember the plot of any episode of Bonkers

I remember the premise and some of the characters, but I can't remember a lick after that.

Also the Sega Genesis game was just okay.

Ovide Video

i want to fuck that dog(s)

>jayce and the wheeled warriors
i remmeber it so bad that for years i thought the plant cars were the good guys

So that's the name of that, i barely remember, but it had toys and all that, right?
I remember seeing those things.

youtube.com/watch?v=y9K0SzFIf4A
i dont even remember the cartoon to be honest,i mostly remember the cars, and the intro

Now everything is clear, the intro is so 80's, i'm so old, but it's so catchy. It's like it was made form the same mold from all those old shows, now i see why would they let a girl drive one those monstrous trucks, seems dangerous.

This only ran for 13 episodes but it seemed like it was on a long time.

All those repetitions, seemed like series were longer than they actually were, It took me a while to realize that old garfield cartoon wasn't as long as i thought.

Tex Tinstar and Pith Possum were much better segments than the titular one.

i remember an old show about a bunch of animlas that helped other animals,it was like their job, they had a king(wich was a lion)and when they had a mission they all would get in their cars and race too see who got there and helped first,at the end of the show the one that helped the most would get a medal,it was like a race to see who helped first

wtf I can only remember the episode where they go to China and are literally upside down as a gag

and then a separate part where Rupert is looking in the mirror and turns but his reflection lags by like a second and his friend says "How did you do that?"

>Pith Possum
ma i had forgotten about that,i dont rememner the cat and the dog,but i do remember that possum

I saw a show about a king elephant, i think it was called Babar, or something like that, it was boring.

and ever better vidya

this was awesome, watched it all the time growing up in europe, i still have the hundub of it
nice, cozy writing
it has a ridicilously creepy fanbase though

I kinda watched two old shows. Problem child, it was lame and another cartoon were this kid was voiced by Bruce Willis, Bruno the kid, i guess, maybe two or three episodes.

o come man, babar was nice and comfy
youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=bVqie7HSNYA

Honestly it is a good show, but Billy West's character sort of pulls everything apart because he is literally 'lol so random' and is a walking deus ex machina. I think if they gave him a personality outside of being random then it would have worked a lot better and maybe didn't just pull the solutions to problems out of his ass all the time.

...go on

>it has a ridicilously creepy fanbase though

Go on.....

got a oldie but damn its catchy theme song will forever be in my head:
youtube.com/watch?v=sLlibrF5DRM

All but one episode of season 2 is on YouTube, in English.

Only 3 English episodes of the show are still lost.

Is it just me, or was this show so fucking weird?

Even though I barely remember anything from it...

I wish i was stoned to watch that.

Oh another one, the gnome david and other show about a magic forest that solved problems or something like that.
And in curious note here in Mexico used to air Sesame street and they aired the crack master short several times.

...

>the gnome david
i remember that one
>other show about a magic forest that solved problems
dont remember that one, maybe be more especific

no fucking way there was a TV show
I remember reading it as a kid and thinking to myself how dumb the premise was

I look into that it was called the Sylvanian Families and it gets me really nostalgic, because my mom used to sing me the intro when i was like four or five years old,

>mom used to sing me the intro when i was like four or five years old
man thats some sweet beatifull memories right there

terrible thunder lizards

i remember i use to watch cro with my brother,he doesn`t remeber it thougth, its ok,no one seems to remember it youtube.com/watch?v=Qfgp3yNH70k

Road Rovers
the world leaders' pet dogs would turn anthro and team up tp save the world. TMNT spawned so many other cartoons.

I remember one was the queens dog, one was the US presidents and the other was the russians leaders.

Pretty sure there was Ronald McDonald cartoon that existed but it was on VHS and I honestly thought that it was just a fever dream or something for the last decade

why is one of them in a fucking straight jacket?

did you americans get to see Les Jules, chienne de vie?here is latin america it was called o que vida de perros
youtube.com/watch?v=lUF36r0sftU

I remember the teevee show. two seasons, it think.

can't remember the name right now, but it was this show about a toy bulldozer, crane, dumptruck and hose doing shit. All I can remember from the show is their voices and a vague sense of unease. The crane had a pleasant voice though.
holy shit i know i've watched this but have no idea wtf it is.

He bites, but he's the trump card when shit hits the fan.

I didn't even remember that guy, maybe he's their howling mad murdock.
I just looked on the road rovers wiki (yes there is one)

>Scout aka Muzzle (voiced by Frank Welker) is a friend of Hunter. He is a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever mix and was the Sixth Ranger of the Road Rovers Five Man Band. He is fearless, courageous and somewhat outgoing. He can be laid back at times, but when duty calls, he is ready to do his job.

Better than Cuphead

I just remember that cartoon of Felix the Cat being dope as fuck to me as a kid

fuck I can't remember the name but there was one about this kid who had this giant blue talking lizard that could transform into anything
I have both great respect and great pity to whoever makes wikis for these types of forgotten shows

I didn't but in that note i used to watch these stories in the broca street, it was also french. When you mention anything about dogs i immediately think about Poochini, it was fun.

I went looking for "Trollkins" ... and found porn. Animated porn. Of something from 1981. Jesus Christ.

Mummies Alive, the one with the mice from Mars, the one with the shark headed guys, the one with the gargoyles, and the other ones I don't even remember I don't remember them.

Road Rovers remains quite popular in the furry community.

It was pretty shit
now my respect is gone and only pity is left

these types of wikis are made to be a monument/memorial to the show rather than being a place to look up the deepest lore of Road Rovers.

and more power to them, it's somewhat productive because of instances like these.

not surprised considering it features canines, the most popular fursona type.

Explain why mostly of the SMC were bad?

Only in retrospective, in those times most didn't know better and it was available for almost everyone who had a TV and as many people saw it, It's relatable and brings nostalgia.
