Good riddance.

>frozen doomed.
>Tangled series is really good, more than likely a sequel is coming.
What a time to be alive.

>now Frozen 2 will be canceled

The short went straight to TV on Mexico, airing principally, on Disney Junior.

...

Not actual bait since its the truth. Even kids getting tired of Frozen shit now. The merch sales is starting to go down.

>Frozen 2
>Cancelled
mfw

It's no bait, just because people didnt want to sit through 20 minutes of ads then a 20 minute short before the movie they payed to see doesnt mean they dont want Frozen

>Olaf's

I wonder why.

This wouldn't have happened if it was 5-10 minutes. They took what was made to be a TV special and put it before a movie. They legitimately were not thinking straight when they decided to do this.

I don't think it's going to be cancelled, but I definitely think there is some Frozen burnout. The kids in the theater when I saw Coco were very restless 5 mins into the short.

I want to see present Eugene being animated on the big screen.

I just went to see it and it didn't play guess they stopped

Yeah it's bait, or your sadly misinformed. If you can prove me wrong by supplying a source for sales figures supporting your claim i'll stand corrected. You aren't the rest of the world. In my region its still as popular as ever. Huge positive response to the Olaf short. The Frozen juggernaut continues to roll.

While I thought Coco was okay I was surprised to see the visual details in the Olaf short to be better than Coco. I thought Pixar would have gone all out on that aspect.

they removed it on the 8th

A couple of people have mentioned it but I'm 98% sure they did it because they were afraid Coco would under-perform because of the all Mexican cast/setting. With all the Conservative anger over immigration when they were still making the movie I'm not terribly surprised. Their thinking was likely "White people don't like Mexicans but everyone likes Frozen". There hadn't been a point before this were people were overtly burnt out on Frozen hence why they haven't really stopped pushing it since it came out. Hell, Kristen Bell was on Jimmy Kimmel on Halloween and sang Do You Want To Build A Snowman. If anyone was wondering how long it'd take for people to be sick of Frozen now they know.

According to the Vice article they played to hype Frozen 2 and the chance it could under perform

>Frozen juggernaut continues to roll.
Proof or gtfo.

Most Americans don't hate Mexicans. They just want them to stay in their own country or come here legally.

The negative reaction to this subconsciously planted the idea in people's head that these movies are made by people and Frozen 2 isn't automatically gonna be some 10/10 gift from God. If this short did fail it probably means that Frozen is finally fallible.

I have been watching the audience responses to both Olaf and Coco. Here kids & adults alike were enjoying the short, quite in contrast to the verbal minority popularly trashing it. Already have heard complaints from people who came to the theatre hoping to see it with Coco but can't now. Also, there's only 5 mins of trailers/teasers/ads b4 it.

Tbh, attendance for Coco is dropping fast here. We have 3 of 6 screens reserved for Coco & they are mostly empty. We've already slashed the 3D viewing to once a day. Management is saying thank-god 'Ferdinand' is out this week to help bolster business on the childrens side of things. Word is we're dropping Coco back to one screen on thursday. I got $20 bet with a coworker & Coco-fag that wednesday night we'll see no one attend the last showing of the day for Coco.

So far we've heard no complaints about Coco but have had people comment that it's not their favourite Pixar movie. Apparently we didn't suffer the euphoria with Coco other regions did.

>now Frozen 2 will be canceled.

Kek, are you high ? Frozen is the biggest animated hit ever, of course they will make a sequel even though nothing in the story warrants it. Not only did the movie do fantastically, but the merchandise sales were enourmous.

Same goes for 'The Incredibles', meanwhile Moana, Coco, Good Dinosaur, etc will NOT get sequels because they did not make a lot of money.

I live in a bigger city they still have bunch of showings I think it just depends on the area

This would have worked out perfectly if it was a Disney channel or ABC special. Just no one wanted to see it before Coco

They very likely thought people would pay anything to see it simply because it has the Frozen title on it.

At least this is somewhat of an awakening that names alone are not going to fill seats. The film actually has to be worth a shit.

>already got rid of it from U.S theaters and are going to air it as an ABC special
Frozen got btfo hard

It was part of the advertising plan, retard. Limited run in theatres and then moved onto network television. Somethings wrong with you.

Tangled was always better than Frozen anyway.

>meanwhile Moana, Coco, Good Dinosaur, etc will NOT get sequels because they did not make a lot of money
What? Not saying I want any sequels here but Wreck it Ralph is getting a sequel despite only making $471 million. Almost $180m less than Moana and it will be less than Coco (which is at $390 million right now)

>frozenfag damage control

And it failed hard.

Lmao, since the short will be available digitally soon I won't even need to pay for Coco to see it. You guys are right, Frozen is finished. You just revel in your "victory" here while I'll be waiting warmly for Frozen 2.

The only thing that might be canceled is Olaf's Frozen Adventure 2.

>Frozen fags unironically still exist

Already up now on torrent, user.

seriously, what the fuck Disney is thinking. Olaf is just worse as Jar Jar. Even the kids with autism knew Olaf is shit.

People (even kids) want more Elsa because She is hot as fuck obviously.

>they played to hype Frozen 2
Then why did they do it by making a short about one of the shittiest mascots in Disney history? Even the most retarded Frozenfags don't give a fuck about Olaf.

I rather want more Gangbang Queen & Bukkake Princess rather than Annoying ManSnowfag to be honest.

Good, i fucking hate disney princess movies and frozen is the worst. Also, olaf is an annoying shit that i want to fucking murder

Olaf will have less screen presence now in Frozen 2, and that's about it.

We WILL get a lesbian love interest for Elsa, that's for certain, and 99% certain she will be a PoC.

Nobody gives a shit about mexicans in general. They care about garbage that can't support themselves coming over and getting into gangs, otherwise being criminals, refuse to learn the language, violent assholes, or otherwise refuse to assimilate

That's quite a bit of projecting there

The featurette was fine; better than "Frozen Fever". The vast majority of negative reception is due to its placement before Coco.

>I have a small white dick
Fixed.

Good

The only good thing about frozen is the porn & only porn.

>people complaining on social network because it was too centered on Olaf
>people complaining because the short was boring
>people complaining because "can't let those brownies have full screentime"
>people complaining because of "muh white supremacists"
The common variable here is "people complains" but most of their points are valid. The short was borings as fuck.

If Frozen 2 doesn't come out then you won't get your second huge influx of porn. Think about that.

...

How can Frozen 2 even succeed when they have no idea what to do with its most popular character other than "She has ice powers and loves her sister"

>I want it to happen, so I'm 99% certain it will.
How certain were you prior to the US election that hilary would be pres?

Disney isn't going to deliberately annihilate their foreign box office take for Frozen 2 by making openly gay. The best you can hope for is her staying ambiguous.

Is this Sup Forums dumbest predictions yet?

The Good Dinosaur was awful

Disney is very adamant to make a movie for girls, in spite of all the money Elsa and the princesses make. The latest movie have been about a male and a female lead sharing the screentome and the poster for not alienating boys. I guess Disney's marketing department thought Spongebob's poor man was safe for having cross-demographic appeal

Have the focus be on what Elsa wants in life. Does she want to be queen? Is she okay with Anna calling all the shots? Does she even like Anna beyond sisterhood? Elsa's guilt can only stretch so far before she snaps.

Fuck Olaf. When are we gonna get Elsa's Beach Adventure?

>force it in front of Coco
>air it on TV anyway

See Elsa needs a boyfriend to share the screentime or else Disney wil be too scared to do something with her

>it means zootopia 2 faster

I don't look forward to that one either

FACT

DOA beach volleyball but with Disney princesses when?

>assuming a $3 billion juggernaut needs "damage control".

Srsly, I laughed.

Awwww yeahhhhhh....

What 3 billion are you talking about it only made 1.2 billion.

they just need to get rid of the fucking snowman and add some sexual incest situations and then everyone will be happy.

merch sales

You could at least post the best part of that.

>implying they weren't going to

It's a Christmas special.

>money.cnn.com/2017/02/06/investing/hasbro-toys-earnings-disney-mattel/index.html

>broadway ticket sales very strong

>most reviews of OFA are that it was too long for a short, but the actual content is fine

Wow user, they sure are hurting.

But I did.
bunny>fox
:^)

t. /frz/

>personal attack instead of refuting claims

You're welcome.

This short was so fucking obnoxious. I enjoyed Coco, but this short was a damn obvious cash grab.

Did that porno of Elsa having an army of horny men who've become slave to her sweet sex ever continue?
Last I remember was Anna was getting addicted to Olaf's dick and Elsa's army was still matching to reclaim the runaway wives.

i went to see Coco, and i was glad that the stupid olaf short did not appear before that wonderful movie to tarnish it.

Everything Frozen is an obvious cash grab. They are going to milk this golden cow until it's dead.

>until it's dead.

wishful thinking

>now Frozen 2 will be canceled.
Oh sweet summer child

>get hardcore frozen fans to see Coco
>take it off and show it on TV eventually to keep Frozen in the mind of a mass audience

>IT FAILED HARD!!! FROZEN BTFO!!!!

Wouldn't surprise me if the lukewarm reception to the Frozen short didn't cause Disney to rethink and go for a TV or on demand streaming series for Frozen instead. I think it might be better anyway. A series has more opportunity for character development if it's done well.

Its locked behind frozenparody.com paywall.

But they’re in our country.

>ambiguous
Only total retards think there was anything "ambiguous" about Frozen. Elsa didn't have enough personality to be a proper character, let alone a character with some sexuality.

Damn if that's a real thing I'm disappointed.

But Coco was never advertised to have a Frozen short before it. All talk of it has been complaints.

Clearly you forgot one thing that I remembered.
The Alamo

I work in a movie theater and we had so many complaints as well as confused people wandering about asking if they were in the right theater room that we had to put up a sign warning people that there was a 20-minute short before the movie. It was all professionally done too with the graphic design which means it got sent straight from the theater company's headquarters.

This. Elsa is a complete blank slate character

I want that to happen just to see the "Give Elsa a girlfriend" crowd screech their heads off.

Literally only little girls and shittaste disney waifu fags like her one-dimensional ass.

The only reason she's still relevant these days are youtube toy channels and shitty flash games.

I can't even think of any damn E-celebs who said that they were hyped for Frozen 2.

Doesn't Disney always put a little disclaimer on the posters about the short preceding the actual movie though? Specially if they're related to another property.

To be fair, it's not like everyone who goes to a theater checks constantly on the posters, and the actual disclaimers are fucking small too.
