>Boss Baby: Back in Business

and Netflix was dead

>She-Ra (Premiere date TBA 2018)
>She-Ra

>more captain underpants
Fuck yes.

I kind of liked the beginning of boss baby if it's like that where it was more like Kid's Next Door that will be fine.

>The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants (Premiere date TBA 2018)

>And that’s largely thanks to the Harvey Girls – Audrey, Lotta, and Dot – the block’s self-appointed guardians and the world’s bestest BFFs.

I have a bad feeling about this.

>Non CG trolls.
This kills the magic.

>Little Lotta

BONER NO

Yay more pink feet

inb4 she no longer thicc

>more captain underpants
Based

Can't have He-Man and his toxic masculinity on Femflix.

>She-Ra (Premiere date TBA 2018)
they gonna fuck it, right?

The Captain Underpants one could be cool

>“She-Ra”
>From Eisner Award-winning author and executive producer Noelle Stevenson comes a modern take on the ‘80s girl power icon for a new generation of young fans. The trailblazing property originally debuted in 1985 to satisfy demand for a female-led fantasy series. The series is described as an epic and timely tale that celebrates female friendship and empowerment, led by a warrior princess tailor made for today.

So long as Richie Rich, Casper, Hot Stuff, and Wendy appears, I’m good.

>no buddy thunderstruck season 2 yet
netlfix please im begging you

you guys already got a He-Man remake on Cartoon Network, remember? It bombed spectacularly. Guess you should have supported it harder if you wanted it soooo baaaad

>The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants

They probably won't get Kevin Smith or Ed Helms, back, but I'm sure they get Thomas Middleditch, Nick Kroll and Kristen Schaal back.

IT'S HER TURN

...But you already got a He-Man remake first. What are you even complaining about?

More Captain Underpants is great, don't care for the rest

I think that user is just joking

Netflix doing the lords work! Let's hope they get the people behind the He-Man reboot.

You people sure do like swinging dicks don't you. I mean i ain't judging...people like what they like after all.

Mr. Dreamworks you wouldn't happen to have a Megamind show in there would you?

Wow, Netflix really is becoming the dumping ground for shit cable channels won't pick up.

For every good thing they put out, they create 30 unwatchable shits.

>all these people judging something that is not even out
holy fuck, hating sjws should not deter you from enjoin something that deviates from the norm.

The deal Dreamworks has with Netflix means it's a great low risk way to just toss out their brands and see if any stick.

Turbo was far better than it had any right to be. Puss in Boots is okay. Croods wasn't as good as it could have been. Rest vary from 'okay for what it is' to outright bleh.

I really despises these cartoons that looks they are drawn on a napkins at soem cheap restaurant.

It's weird that they didn't do He-Man first (maybe it's a rights issues thing), but looking forward for She-ra.

I've seen those faces somewhere before...

>Didn't like Voltron
White guy with no taste detected. Keith getting screwed over was BS tho.

...

I just had the horrible realization that they might racebend She-ra.

Again with the lame scatological analogies, but then again that's all you retards can come up with I guess.

Does this mean that Noelle Stevenson is the youngest showrunner in animated television history?
I wonder what it's like to be one of the most lauded and successful voices in comics and animation before you even turn 26?

I was actually asking non-rhetorical questions here. I'm not insulting Noelle Stevenson. I'm genuinely wondering if she's the youngest showrunner and how being so successful at such an early age will influence her perspective/voice.

Let’s watch her fuck it up.

>I really despises these cartoons

Sums up Sup Forums very well IMO.

>Hey i just came up with a made up scenario to be triggered by.

You must be fun at parties.

They're probably waiting for his movie to do a new cartoon. She-Ra also gives Mattel a fantasy hero doll line to match their Superhero, monsters, and fairytale lines.

I had a great laugh, thanks user.

>captain underpants
Came too late.

>Captain Underpants

Are Americans really that infantilized to worship that literal toddler trash?

>Noelle Stevenson will give a modern take on She-Ra the ’80s “Princess of Power”
>a modern take
>Noelle Stevenson

youtube.com/watch?v=31g0YE61PLQ

Whatever happened to that Carmen Sandiego reboot?

>Captain Underpants

In production. Out 2019 or something.

Meh, it was passable, but the action sequences felt lacking and the plot and bits of humor were only okay. For it to be 'okay for what it is' the action sequences needed to stand out more.

>Captain Underpants cartoon
I know it's because of the movie, but this is something that should've been done back in the 2000s.

Voltron has great out of suit action but the mech stuff is really lacking.

Breh, it's by Noelle Stevenson. It'll be Adventure Time meets Steven Universe meets She-Ra aka S H I T

Stevenson kinda hates Steven Universe because she thinks there's not a female lead and not enough focus on the Gems. She thinks their relationships, backstory and lore are the show's best features. So if she does think to follow its lead on anything, it'll be the parts many on Sup Forums enjoy the most.

I'm picturing all the cute new logo animations right now!

What was the last one?

>The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants
oh fuck

this could either be the best thing ever or the worst thing ever

also why does DreamWorks just turn all their movies into shows

Spirit.

>Americans lol
Don't you have a truck to drive into people Hakim?

>The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants (Premiere date TBA 2018)
Y'all better not fuck this up...

>also why does DreamWorks just turn all their movies into shows
its a good opportunity to asses the market and give practice to their personnel

Yeah, and Netflix is paying them for a guaranteed episode order so it is an even better marketing move than it would normally be.

I'M WITH HER.

Plus it helps retain brand awareness between sequels and helps build potential new audiences.

Wait, Noelle Stevenson is doing She-Ra? The Lumberjanes chick? Get ready for brown dyke Adora with a sidecut.

>From Eisner Award-winning author and executive producer Noelle Stevenson

I doubt she'll be able to alter Adora herself and since Mattel will likely have a doll line in the works she probably didn't even get to design them all on her own. That said some of then will swap races and I don't care who so long as my waifu Frosta doesn't have an ugly ass sidecut.

>New Captain Underpants series
>She-ra series
>Trollhunters is getting a season 3

FUCK YEAH

Also, cautiously optimistic about the Boss Baby series too, but that's just me

Hyped for Trollhunters and Captain Underpants, whats She Ra and is it Good?

I'm very eager to see how this entire Tales of Arcadia trilogy is going to turn out.
I kind of want it to turn out to be one of those things where everything all comes together into a movie.

Dude, you watched the He-Man series, right?
And you are aware that he has a cousin who has the same bullshit abilities as him, right?

That's She-Ra, which could either be the most blatant Gurl Power show ever or actually be the 2003 He-Man and The Masters of the Universe continuation series we never had.

She's his long lost twin sister.

>fucking
>boss baby
i am become rage

Please don't let She-Ra look anything like Noelle's art style.

It won't based on the fact that her style would make for some ugly, ugly toys.

I am 98% sure they're going to use the same basic design scheme from their other non-Barbie lines. She-Ra makes for a good fantasy line. Like a cross between Monster High and Ever After High.

The dude who created Monster High has been really enthusiastic about She-Ra and has been talking about the SDCC doll every chance he gets. Hope he gets a crack at the doll line Mattel surely has in the pipe.

Hyped that they're ending Trollhunters on a part 3. I mean that's technically 6 fucking seasons so they'll have enough time to play everything out satisfyingly. I ended up liking the first part even more than something like Voltron. The next Arcadia show could be neat. It seems very typical plotwise, but so is Trollhunters and I very much enjoy that.

I like She-Ra for it's dumb as fuck 80's girl power charm (as well as He-Man for its borderline homoerotic macho vibe) so I hope this one can do something not obnoxious with that I guess. Though considering who's in charge I doubt that.

Captain Underpants would work perfectly as a episodic cartoon so no bones there.

Do not give a fuck about Boss Baby and Trolls could possibly be cute, but I'm surprised how heavily they're leaning into the whole "IT'S SPARKLY AND HUGGY AND SUGARY" thing cause DW usually like to have an air of ironic detachment with that kinda stuff.

Harvey Street Kids sounds like a lamer KND, but I liked KND so whatever, I guess it gets a pass for now

Not great, but could be worse. Definitely within the DW ballpark.

but it was shit before that

To each their own, Mohammed.

It's already confirmed that Trollhunters is a 52 episode show and parts 2 and 3 are 13 episodes each.

Nice shitpost, sheep.

Will they keep his 70's pornstar moustache?

That's good actually. 52 should be enough to do everything worthwhile as well as not spiraling into bullshit.

I hope Bow retains his status as ambiguoisly homosexual.

He'll probably be even gayer.

He-Man was somehow as gay as Tom of Finland art, but by god they're gonna find a way to go gayer

I think the 03 show had a nice mix of camp and barbarian fantasy. I would just like more of that.

How many of you actually saw Boss Baby because there is alot of stuff hey can do with that show.

Yeah but it will be ugly sidecut gay instead of fun leather gay.

>She-ra
>Noelle Stevenson
Eeeehhh I'll check it out, I just hope the cartoon isn't done in her noodle art style.

That said I know Hordak and the Horde are He-Man enemies but to me they were always She-Ra's, so if they aren't in her cartoon it's going to take a big part of what I like about her cartoon and backstory.

I know, I love camp and vintage gay so much but I'm not crazy about the flannel/thick rim glasses gay. Hopefully this will take it back though

So how much do we want to bed She-Ra is going to be like crammed with progressive shit. Like she's going to be NON BINARY - Bow will be trans etc

What about Matt Groening's Disenchantment?

As much as Mattel is willing to let them get away with.

That said racebending will happen, so prepare for black Glimmer and Angela.

I was thinking about that too, if Hordak and the Horde will be in this.

I always liked that She-Ra being a girly show as it was had really angry and mean looking villains, and it only happened because He-Man was cancelled and they gave them to her. In the end it made her more interesting because the She-Ra comic stories before that just had her and Catra fighting over Bo or some other dumb shit.

I also like that She-Ra was initially with the bad guys since she was raised within the Horde and her story then becomes one of redemption and fighting the Horde which has control of Etheria..

Is his show being produced by Dreamworks?

Which one is going to be turned into a lesbian?
