Jorge Jiminez has slowly been on the up and coming with his own style and I love it. His stuff from Smallville Season 11 and Earth-2 Society to now has been such a quick and defining kinda period for him and now he's delving into drawing textures differently I gotta say he's my favourite "up and coming" artist.
