Horror comics?

Horror comics?

But that was from a romance story.

Serious question, are there any good ones that isn't just "DUDE GORE LMAO" cause there's literally no good horror anime besides Boogiepop Phantom.

yeah but this scene is good enough for purposes
None that I've found. Just recently got into comics so thats why i made it

While fapping to this I saw a fly on the wall, we made eye contact and it got weird. Got any more like it?

I like pic related.
also

Locke and Key. I think it's great.

You also want to check out Emily Carroll's stuff.

Anything by Richard Corben

i am working on one. its going to be webcomic. site is already up but no new update for atleast a week.

stbcomic dot com

>there's literally no good horror anime
First season of Yami Shibai and Paranoia Agent, you twat.

Everything ITT is shit. Comics are a bad medium for horror and horror sucked for decades in general.

>Caliban

Yeah, how did the monster in that work again?

Shiki was great even though it was basically Salem's Lot

How are the other books? I've only read the first trade paperback but I wasn't taking with it. I've been really curious about Harrow County.

>Shiki was great
Yup, I'm done with this shithole of a board. I hate you all tasteless cucks.

Did she died, what is the next page?

Paranoia agent is drama not horror

>Genre Psychological thriller, horror, mystery, satire

She's in the bar of the House of Mystery, telling her story. At the end, we see her back, pic related.

it's a fucked up mythological story with a lot of horror like a daughter being locked away,
murdering her mother and putting her soul in herself to give birth to her own mother at 9

Lots of tits and demons.

two short stories (read to the middle both ways). some really great art of supernatural horror.

I've read it, because of your shilling last time, and it was porn crap

>horror

Welcome to feeling what I feel when people shill Through the Woods, except I wasn't even lucky to get porn, just badly-drawn crap that doesn't hold a candle to something like Fuan no Tane for instance.

Mononoke (tv show, 2007) was a fantastic horror show.

I feel that if you try horror without gore in a comic medium it just ends up being depressing. Like instead of being horrifying it becomes sad.

>Fuan no Tane
Thanks for reminding me of that user, I'd forgotten what it was called and wanted to read it again

>Fuan No Tane

Mah nigga.

...

The Deadworld 2000AD stuff, from what I've read, is amazing. Fantastic creepy art and setting.

It actually isn't. It's mostly Dredd spin-offs

>prequel threads.jpg

He was adapting to evironment changes and stripped parts from different alien species.

Op's afraid of romance

Stokoe's Alien comic just wrapped up and it's the best Alien story since Aliens. Perfectly paced

Isn't FnT based on actual urban myths? Would love to find out more about those.

I'm actually impressed because I wouldn't bear another thread jerking him off

The Alabaster series from Darkhorse

Ferals by Avatar Press was oddly enough entertaining and gory. It goes batshit in issue 1 and never stops

Heard good things about V - Wars by IDW and Extinction Parade by Avatar but have never read em myself

>enter "horror" comic thread
>leave with an erection

Try the classics: Creepy and Eerie. The writing was a bit conventional but the art was godly.

and what's wrong with Dredd spin offs?

If you didn't like the first trade you probably won't like the rest. The focus stays on the family, really. With some spoopy moments.

I remember starting to read Harrow Country but then I stopped...can't tell you how it is.

Oh! Nailbiter was good though. Give that a chance.

There is like one or two episodes with a horror vibe, otherwise its a drama

That's how horror is supposed to work user.

It still consistently kept the tense, unsettling atmosphere, something people often forget is important in horror hence all the modern movies being shitty. But fine, Perfect Blue is a better example.
