Hungarian Rhapsody is particularly popular with cartoon makers, used in this short and a Tom and Jerry short, and I'm certain it was the piece Daffy and Donald dueled over in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
But real talk, watching these old cartoons as a kid made me really appreciate classical music. Clever visuals and fun gags go a long way to cement good music in a kid's memory. But Rhapsody in particular is just such a fun song that goes great places with the melody. It's a very enjoyable piece and the humor works great with it. I encourage you to look up the other shorts that have it included.

Personally I prefer Carmen, but this is a great short. Some top notch Bugs & Elmer tomfoolery, and probably the only reason I knew what the Barber of Seville was for a long time.
I think Ed Edd n Eddy was one of the last shows to really get the whole music-matching-what's-happening-perfectly thing right. I could be wrong, but it stood out a lot to me that the music and animation went hand in hand. That was something I loved about cartoons.
