Chavez. Definitely Chavez. I'm not a fan of Fem Thor or Carl Manvers, but having read most of their stuff I can at least classify them as stories. Even bad ones like Civil War 2 could work if the editors got off their asses and did their jobs. There is something good there. But America? That has nothing. It is a wasteland. If there is a story there, it might just be the worst "story" I've ever encountered in any medium.
