Ehhhh I think you weren't listening hard enough.
Skinner says that they're having "mushikai" (steamed clams). When he comes out with a platter of hamburger and Chalmers calls him out on it, he says that he said "mushiniku" (steamed meat). Then the rest about the NY dialect and Utica/Albany is the same.
It wasn't a GREAT translation, but probably the best they could do.
