No. It was the third, younger Branwen sibling. Raven abandoned Tai and Yang to keep her little sister safe from Ozpin and Salem, but was too late and got the powers herself. By the time she went back home, Summer already replaced her in Tai and Yang's heart, causing Raven to double down on the lie she told herself about wanting to become queen of the bandits.
