The purpose of why I'm doing this: >Sedition laws and others which are relevant to these topics can be used to prevent further brainwashing of our youth. >Title 9 can be cited for courses which discriminate against whites and males and teach hostility towards them, or censorship to their right to speak on topics based on identity. >These laws and examples can, and will be, used to pull government funding to the Universities which are in violation. >The majority of students go to school on government subsidized loans and receive grants. These will not be approved through any University in question. This will force them to suspend all courses or risk loss of their major source of revenue.
What I will do: >I will be compiling all of the valid information provided to build a case. >I will cite specific laws which are being violated and how. >I will throw every institution, program, and professor under the bus that I can. >I will give visibility to the evil being taught in our institutions of higher education(indoctrination). >Finally, I will draft a petition to the white house with all the information provided, and circulate it after January 20th ASAP.
I wont have to if this petition gains enough visibility and is sent to the whitehouse. Congress and the supreme court will handle it. Conservatives will be in control of it as well. I will have built the case for them already so they will have little work to do, making it more likely that they will address it.

a friend of mine goes to a cal state university and he was required to take a diversity class and of course the people that go in there open minded and bright eyed come out looking hostile. heres the thing, about a couple weeks into the class the professor brings cupcakes as a "calming agent" or whatever to anyone who is triggered by people talking about WE WUZ KANGZ. he pretended to eat the cupcake and said he smelled a weird chemical in there and chose not to eat it. after the class he asked the professor about how blacks were egyptians and almost immediately students started to become hostile. the professor started repeating "your privilege is what blinds you" and soon the students start repeating the same thing. he is now taking online classes after being threatened by some of the now brainwashed students. anyone in university is vulnerable. if you or a loved one is going to study at a university tell them to beware of anything leftists and marxists will do. they will not rest until they have changed the minds of all their students. stay safe Sup Forums

I don't really see this going anywhere. One could throw a dart at a board of college courses and the word "Marxist" would probably show up in most targets. This doesn't mean classes are promoting marxism, but rather since many advanced study courses focus on developments in society in the 2oth century and influences therein, it's impossible in a realistic sense to not talk about marxism.

Looking at it from a practical point of view, no one is openly advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government, and furthermore statements about which discussions in classrooms are considered to promote 'social unrest' carries a very heavy burden of proof, since what one person perceives as an attempt to cause trouble another person will believe is a conversation worth having.

One of the courses I had to take in college was called "Diversity in America" which basically demonized white people and talked about subjects such as the GI bill that lead to white people leaving neighborhoods because they started to become filled with blacks moving in.

A better idea is to go after Title IX, it's blatantly ridiculous how breaking national laws on campus doesnt mean that the federal authorities are allowed to investigate this. From the left wing view point out how this allows rapists to go unchallenged, from the right wing view point out how this allows campuses the ability to pass their own judgements that cannot be appealed and that are not tied to any body of legislation.
