>Stay cool, bird-boy!

Ooooooo, interesting art references. Tell me more.

Basically a coming of age story about a smol boy who want to be a hunter and searches for a legendary sword from a legendary hero of myth while having to face bizarre creatures and the Rook Men, wraith-like beings (the black guys in OP) that were banished by said legendary hero. The culture and the creature designs seem to take inspiration from everything to West Coast Native American to Norse to African and I think even some Tibetan.

Nice and simple without any political bs.

Only downside is that it takes a long time to update.

This is quality shiiiiiiiiiiit. Will check it out.

You clearly have taste, give us more recs.

I really just made this thread because I need more webcomics to read since I just got into them because of Sup Forums, so I don't really have any more non-obscure comics to shill

Kiwi Blitz

Prague Race

Poppy O'Possum

Supernormal Step

Star Hammer

Follow the leader.

That's ok, here's a few from my archives:

- Ryan Armand's "minus"

-Snowflame, the man powered by cocaine (the fan webcomic)

-Weapon Brown

-dubblebaby

-The Astronomer by Matt Rebholz

-Stonebreaker by Peter Wartman

-maybe not obscure, but: "a lesson was learned but the damage is irreversible"

>-Snowflame, the man powered by cocaine (the fan webcomic)
That shit was godawful. Literally the cringiest fanfic I've ever read.

If you took it seriously, it was hilariously bad.

If you didn't, it was wonderful.

Funny you should mention that. I found this card for a webcomic, years back at a con. Recently I just went through the whole thing

ohhellcomics.com/oh_comics/chapter-1/

It starts off strong, but loses focus

>Poppy O'Possum

Isn't this popular on Sup Forums? Was this the comic that the writer gave up trying to draw for it so they basically changed the format completely for it?

Hobo Lobo of Hamlin. A retelling of the Pied Piper staring a homeless wolf. It's all written in Html and CSS. It's great because it doesn't just use the internet as a delivery method but as a medium.

Yep. poppy o'possum, regardless of content, isn't really obscure.

I've read quite a bit of this and it's pretty darn good. Really nice concept too

Bump so I can get more suggestions

PTSD and autism. In a good way, strangely. Completed.

maytheraincome.smackjeeves.com/comics/1766041/mtrc-covers/

Pretty much a fever dream. Weird as fuck. Ongoing.

demoneater.thecomicseries.com/comics/first/

The damsel in distress is a boy. Completed.

demonsmirror.com/page/348

Maybe you've heard of this one? It was completed almost seven years ago, and people don't talk about it much anymore. Particularly high quality.

I thought it had something to do with this movie.

>minus
>obscure
That's the only Armand comic that's definitively not obscure.

Extra Ordinary is my favorite. Sup Forums talked about it awhile back but I haven't seen anything about it in a few years

>All these cool looking webcomics I want to check out but at the same time don't because I know they'll never be finished in my lifetime

Why'd they give up drawing for it?

Are they losing motivation?

Pretty much. As far as I can tell, Morbi got frustrated with how long the dialogue-heavy scenes were taking to get through, and he wasn't enjoying drawing them. So he decided to transition to illustrated prose, while doing pages in the original comic style for only action sequences.

Sad, but them's the breaks.
