I liked it. Story could've been better and it felt like they were trying to push Frank as this great dude which he really isn't. I thought the dude that had PTSD was a decent side story. The fight scenes were fun.

Definitely the best Punisher. His was a more methodical and cerebral brutality compared to the others. Plus the soundtrack had a cool noir sound to it.
