Them's Fighting Herds is at least an original IP now though, so fuck it. Good on them. Some of the best things get created when you have to deviate off the path abit.

For years I've been wanting a fighting game with Ben's alien transformations. There's a shit load of them to choose from now as of Omniverse. And if Rocks and Squidstrictor are doomed to never make an on-screen appearance then put them in.

If it's a 3v3 game like MvC3 then Ben 10, Invader Zim, Danny Phantom.

Avatar: The Last Airbender or even.. Korra.. have the potential to be an interesting basis for a fighting game. TMNT, obviously, as well as Thundercats. Really, it's hard to suggest any because action cartoons are dead for LOL WACKY STUFF

AUTISM WARNING: I've wanted to see a fighting game that has a bunch of Disney characters, heroes villains and princesses. The final boss of the arcade mode would be Chernabog and the Heroes and Princess get endings similar to their movie but with a twist and the villains show what would happen if they won.

I know you guys hate it but the potential it can have given how every gem has powers and a unique weapon, plus the fusions, would make it a great fighting game.
Shit, it can have its own Giant Woman mode where you duke it out with the diamonds and have kaiju style battles.

You'd think TMNT would be a no-brainer, considerind the franchise's history, but I think the latest cartoon kept the expanded cast relevant enough for the game to be more than "turtles, Shredder and some literally whos". Especially if they kept it at Season 4 level

Unless you do some size changing shenanigans you have Stevonnie, Garnet, Pearl, Amethyst, Smokey-Quartz, Lapis, Peridot, Peridot (limb enhancers), Jasper, Lars and Bismuth. I'd prefer the fusions to be specials and team-up attacks. It could be fun since there is limited overlap between characters' fighting styles.

There's been three TMNT fighters already. One conventional 2d fighter, one party brawler like Smash Bros and one arena brawler like Power Stone. Where's the fighters for: Street Sharks, Biker Mice From Mars, Mighty Ducks Cartoon, Gargoyles, etc.

Optimus Prime and Megatron were in a crossover fighting game with Solid Snake, Bomberman, Simon Belmont, Beyblade, Micronauts and Bloody Roar to name a few.

Ironically, Xiaolin Showdown would be nothing like a fighting game if it was supposed to be true to the show.

It had an excellent premise for a game, but the fights over the artifacts were a different contest every time. So it would be more like a collection of minigames.

I think Korra would work better, it has more characters that would work in a fighting game setting. Arcsys and it would be fucking amazing. Imagine:
