I have a weird, very not Sup Forums point of view on this, but isn't it racist to have an African American artist for the soundtrack, instead of a real African artist.
African Americans and Africans are basically unrelated culture wise. African Americans are made up of people descended from slaves who had their culture, names, everything, taken from them.
Africa isn't a place for hip hop, RnB, the US is, and for the first AFRICAN (not African American) superhero to have this soundtrack included as a major marketing tool essentially seems like they're putting all black people in the same basket. It'd be like a movie about Germany have traditional Irish music or something

It's alright, Kendrick really phones it in for most of it. I really don't like that on Big Shot, Kendrick reuses most of his verse from his feature on New Freezer by Rich The Kid. And I can't believe that Future verse on King's Dead wasn't cut from the track--it's so bad.
THe best song is Opps. Vince Staples kills it and Yugen Blakrok is pretty neat.
