The concept of a small, timid, brainy man transforming into a massive, dumb, muscular brute seems erotic as a base concept. The Hulk rampaging around and destroying as he pleases, while Bruce Banner keeps himself refrained and under control could be interpreted as a man unable to control his wanton sexual desires to. In fact the Hulk's design can be seen sexual too. A masculinity so strong and out-of-control its considered monstrous. Large, virile, muscular, pulsing body. Bigger than life and primal looking. The transformations in of it's self are suggestive too. A body pulsing, growing, expanding as the clothes shred to ribbons and Bruce;s mind devolves into a more feral state, acting on his emotions and base desires. You can't deny that it's somewhat suggestive.
What do you guys think?
Brandon Cooper
hulk is pretty ugly and gross but you do you buddy
Owen Lewis
Part of me thinks about how hard we’d rail on the Hulk if the character came out today instead of decades ago.
“Oh so you’re telling me this skinny soy boy gets big and huge when you upset him? Lol fedora much?”
Bentley Garcia
would you guys think less of me if i told you i fapped to Hulk porn before
Luke Robinson
The Hulk is about two things. First, the Jekyll and Hyde "monster inside us all" story.
But more importantly, there's the power fantasy. The idea that all the things in life that annoy you and piss you off, all that injustice in the world keeping you down, you could just hulk out and then smash it all to bits and there wouldn't be a goddamn thing that anyone could do to stop you.
Like any power fantasy, there is that erotic aspect to it. Power is dominance and dominance is sexy. Especially for girls like me, it's the hottest. Hulk luxuriating in the bath in Thor: Ragnarok had me blushing terribly in the theater.
Camden Jones
pumping testosterone into your body does not make your penis larger, unfortunately.
Dylan Johnson
Nice analysis!
Andrew Phillips
Okay, but why did you have to point out you're a girl
Joseph Hall
You know goddamn well why
Jaxon Turner
of course not
Gavin Harris
>TFW you don't have a Sup Forums-friendly GF to watch MCU movies with.
It hurts.
Mason Carter
His cousin definitely is...
Blake Harris
That's a Sup Forums GF, and they're a dime-a-dozen. You can meet them really easily at singles-only movie theaters and they're really easy themselves.
Joshua Brown
I mean, the concept behind Hulk really respond to all the aspects of a sexual fantasy.
Now if you're asking whether the creature known as Hulk is a sexual being, I really don't know. Since he is almost always under attack I would say that his instincs through him more into a primal survivalist mode than into a sexual one. But were that not the case, he would probably fuck whatever he would considere a good mating partner.
Lincoln Jenkins
There's a LOT of things that will seem sexual the more you expose yourself to fetishes, even if they weren't intended to be sexual.
Elijah Lee
"No sex! Only Hulk!"
Michael Hall
Maybe, but I'd like to read comics with her, too.
Ryder Ortiz
>The concept of a small, timid, brainy man transforming into a massive, dumb, muscular brute seems erotic as a base concept. If sex is all that's on your mind it is.
Jack Walker
Because if people thought it was a guy talking half of Sup Forums would be to busy jacking it to the thought to discuss the topic.
Robert Murphy
Or we could just compromise and realize that if the character is hot enough to masturbate to, what gender they are doesn't matter, just like Diogenes.
Joshua James
No, it's infantilism. He's turning into a big baby and throwing a tantrum.
Juan Edwards
By nature, not really but there are a few times when he's clearly had a sexual side or been receptive to sexual activity, do those count?
