So, anyone know why the mods deleted the last Foundation thread, Despite letting it live for long? I mean, they're willing to let utter shit flood the catalog like literal porn threads, and Sup Forums and Sup Forums cancer, but apparently Skip stuff triggers them. Either way, I digress. Here's a new bread with a question;

Who amongst the DCU/Marvel would actually *agree* with the Foundation and their methods?

Really depends on which foundation were talking about due to the whole no central canon thing.

Like how much of a meat grinder are you picturing?

Flash
and Spiderman

Nick Fury and Amanda Waller would probably agree and people on a similar level. Everyone else would either be idealistic/egotistical enough to think that they knew a better way, or powerful/intelligent enough to legitimately have a better way.

around a certain time some fucktard mod comes on and deletes a bunch of shit

internet animation is a pox and I hope you feel bad when your thread is deleted again

Kill yourself mod

but internetanimation is Sup Forums
co is for cartoons and comics, we can also discuss webcomics on here so we shoudl be able to discuss webanimation

What is Skip?

The diet version of Skub.

Some idiot got buttflustered and reported the thread, and rather than let a tangent discussion peacefully run its course, the mods intervened.

Because fags.

I dont get the mods standard for deleting threads. The trash threads that stay up round the clock do fine, but Ive seen way to many good completely Sup Forums related threads purged before 15 posts. I just want to know why the mods are so bad at moderating here. Is it a joke? Like on Sup Forums? Are they all really fucking stupid? Are their some really arbitrary rules im not aware of that let trash threads rein supreme?

Hoping for an answer

Yea Im butt blasted now. I go back to the front page after my rant here and the first thread “post your favorite ship”. Its got 150+ posts. I saw two legion of doom threads deleted yesterday. What the fuck is this board being forced to become?

Do you seriously think SCP threads are "good completely Sup Forums related threads"? They're tangential shit that shouldn't be tolerated any more than "what if Goku was in DC" or "what if Undertale was a cartoon" threads.
As for your question different mods come ar different hours, presumably, don't expect consistency.

SCP is a cartoon now you fucking retard

So is Donald Trump but that's no excuse to make threads about him.
I dropped by the thread yesterday, it was exactly like any other SCP thread on other boards, no discussion of the actual cartoon, just wanking over which was the strongest.

Playing dumb is not an excuse to make barely related threads.

How sad is your life that a freidly and civil SCP thread triggers you and you report it

It was a disscusion about how the Foundation would work in the DCU you fucking faggot of course we're going to talk about SCPs you loser

>So is Donald Trump but that's no excuse to make threads about him
Apples and oranges, friendo.

Sup Forums is a containtment board, as is /mlp/. Containment boards are designed for topics intended to be mutually exclusive from other boards regardless of overlapping content.

Last I checked, even if SCP has "containment" in the title, /x/ is not a containment board.

>They're tangential shit that shouldn't be tolerated any more than "what if Goku was in DC" or "what if Undertale was a cartoon" threads.
Per explanation by Literally Moot about 7 years ago, you have Primary threads, Secondary Threads, and Tertiary threads.

Primary content is self contained (I.E., Comics staying comics, or getting adapted as cartoons and vice versa)
Secondary content is adapted (I.E., initial content starts elsewhere then is adapted to a cartoon or comic.
Tertiary content is completely unrelated (DUDE, WHAT IF "X" WAS A CARTOON?)

Moot was in favor of Primary threads, okay with secondary threads, and against tertiary threads. The thing about these threads, though, is that they're happening because an adaptation was recently created, and is still under production. They fall firmly into the secondary category

Speaking of mods, does anyone still remember Redwood? What a fucking shitty mod

Did moot ever care about Sup Forums? I only remember seeing him in Sup Forums and Sup Forums

Fucking skubfags peddling their degeneracy.

>I only remember seeing him in Sup Forums and Sup Forums
That's mostly what I remember seeing. Those and /jp/.
There was also that phase where he host those "McDonald's Dates" in the first iteration of /r9k/, but I don't think he ever really cared about the culture.

Somebody explain why this is still up

>Like how much of a meat grinder are you picturing?
This is one of the things the SCP lore is most inconsistent on. Even though their only canonical purpose is containing anomalies and protecting the general population from them, many SCPs have researchers testing them and continually feeding them hundreds of unwilling test subjects, often with lethal consequences.

I'm sure many people would agree with the Foundation's need in an universe where even a few of the more horrifying SCPs exist, IF the only thing they did was lock dangerous stuff up somewhere it can't hurt anyone, but often times the Foundation appears to gleefully toy with and experiment on SCPs despite the high cost in human lives and the inherent danger in messing with many of the SCPs. The Red Sea object is a prime example. There is absolutely zero reason to organise any expeditions into it. Many SCPs are just inanimate objects that are completely harmless if locked up somewhere.

>Per explanation by Literally Moot about 7 years ago, you have Primary threads, Secondary Threads, and Tertiary threads.
That happened in Sup Forums not Sup Forums

Only thing moot ever did for or to Sup Forums was saying digimon and toonami was allowed. Ponies was removed because of sitewide (mainly Sup Forums and Sup Forums) trolling not because they destroyed this board a few times.

So he only fucked us (the digimon and toonami part)
