Actually, another thought, wouldn't this be the IDEAL time to push an extension of an amendment in congress? Given the amount of digital content, we should really try to congressmen and senators to push open speech rules. ToS or not, there needs to be a limit on how much speech can be curtailed. It would be impossible to say let this or that and not such and such. So instead, push for a literally free for all, anything goes speech. The way it was intended. And make the argument that this election proves just how much we need to legal open speech. Makes it hard for the other side to argue against it.
