Libertarianism cannot be argued against

I had the most replied to thread on the entire board and YOU STILL COULDN'T REFUTE ME.

Pathetic.

Here is your final attempt, lets see who can do it.

Debate me.

not an argument

hey bud, good to see you

Roads.

not an argument

>I have a right to the things that go into and out of my body
>Indeed
Yet I still get bitched out by my faggot liberal friends when I say maybe the government doesn't have the right to force people to vaccinate if they don't fucking want to.

Fucking hate it when people talk about "rights", or quibble about the definition. The whole concept is practically a meme. It's just a set of ethereal ideas that nobody can fucking agree on, it ultimately comes down to the fact that your "rights" are just the things you and enough other people care enough about that people with power can't take it from you without pissed off too big a herd to handle. All it is.

Libertarians can never give a solid rebuttal to it

Without government who will build the Wall?

Please make some form of claim in favor of Libertarianism before asking others to "refute" what is not an argument, but an ideology

It can be argued against.
>NAP
Ok, let's say I'm a violent nigger and I don't agree with it. Or lets say I'm a rich jew and I turn your city into feudalism.
Now what?

...

You don't have a right to anything unless you (or something acting on your behalf) is prepared to use violence to assert that right.

>rights

Thats because not vaccinating has 0 downsides and negatively affects ypu and everyone around you.

Because it's never been tried

But by refusing to get vaccinated you spread preventable disease to those around you, violating their rights

anarcho-anarchism is better

Has there been a libertarian candidate that has been elected to national public office? If not then why in the fuck should we care?

You don't have a right to roads.

There, rebutted.

But drugs going into your system can cause you to be involved in accidents with others or harm them. Which is still weird how much we are okay with alcohol.

Libertarian coworker said that if all solutions laws were removed, that we'd be totally fine because people would band together to not buy from polluting companies.

Libertarianism is a meme for a reason.

l have a right to break into your house and take your things

You should have the right to not vaccinate, and then everyone else has the right to not associate with you and prevent you from any physical space they own, including public spaces.

lolbertarianism is a self destructing ideology. open borders lets in socialists who vote authoritarian. Open drug use and sexual degeneracy causes dependence on others, social decay, and low trust. It's just as short-sighted as keynesian economics which you all claim to hate

>a fucking constellation

Alcohol was so deeply ingrained in the culture that it's sadly impossible to remove.

>lolbertarianism

All libertarians are degenerate furries confirmed

Libertarian societies cant exist because in libertarianism every man is an island

You didn't even reply, I bet you don't even know who HHH is.

Thomas Carlyle had a few choice words about this:

"The universal demand of Laissez-faire by a people from its governors or upper classes, is a soft-sounding demand; but it is only one step removed from the fatallest. ‘Laissez-faire,’ exclaims a sardonic German writer, ‘What is this universal cry for Laissez-faire? Does it mean that human affairs require no guidance; that wisdom and forethought cannot guide them better than folly and accident? Alas, does it not mean: “Such guidance is worse than none! Leave us alone of your guidance; eat your wages, and sleep!”’ And now if guidance have grown indispensable, and the sleep continue, what becomes of the sleep and its wages?—In those entirely surprising circumstances to which the Eighteenth Century had brought us, in the time of Adam Smith, Laissez-faire was a reasonable cry;—as indeed, in all circumstances, for a wise governor there will be meaning in the principle of it. To wise governors you will cry: “See what you will, and will not, let alone.” To unwise governors, to hungry Greeks throttling down hungry Greeks on the floor of a St. Stephen’s, you will cry: “Let all things alone; for Heaven’s sake, meddle ye with nothing!” How Laissez-faire may adjust itself in other provinces we say not: but we do venture to say, and ask whether events everywhere in world-history and parish-history, in all manner of dialects are not saying it. That in regard to the lower orders of society, and their governance and guidance, the principle of Laissez-faire has terminated, and is no longer applicable at all, in this Europe of ours, still less in this England of ours. Not misgovernment, nor yet no-government: only government will now serve."

there are times when the government should run things. roads is a good example. same goes for police and justice.

I'm on the dole and I support Libertarianism

The strong get to decide what rights are, libertarians need not apply.

>Here is your final attempt, lets see who can do it.

Not bad.

Let's try.

You don't have the right to put meth in your body because you'll be a load on society.

All you did was assert negative and postive rights aka rights and entitlements.
>Are parents obliged to feed their children? it would impose a burden on the parents, thus restricting their rights to labour and property, but under the assumption that children deserve to be cared for.
Libertarian thought is usually destroyed by the introduction of children. The foundation of all libertarian thought is that people are sovereign entities who will rationally pursue maximum utility. However, children are obviously not sovereign or rational. It also takes into careful consideration what "aggresion" is.
>If i legally acquire all of the property surrounding your property, completely boxing you in, and refuse to allow you or anyone else to trespass my property, effectively embargoing you, am I infringing on your rights, and why?
-Libertarian who believes anarcho-capitalists are stupid.

wat

that image isn't even an argument. Use english mother fucker. What the FUCK are you even saying? 'things that go into and come out of my body'? Like, food? The government should feed you? But not provide roads or healthcare? Doesn't healthcare go into your body?

You're a fucking idiot saaaage

Daily reminder that there is no universal invalidity or validity to any statements, they are just words and none of them are more universal or correct than any other.

There is no natural order to these things. There is no grand truth. All of this was created by people. It exists in our heads and so they change rapidly across time and space.

There is truth to some claims that certain rights lead to more stable and prosperous social systems, though (using social well being metrics as the optimizing metrics)

But you have a right to travel under the libertarian doctrine. How can roads be private if they obstruct your right to travel?

libertarianism worked beautifully in a culture and race that already held high morality, hard work, etc and heavily shamed if not outright discarded the negative traits such as drug use, sexual degeneracy, etc.

If there weren't niggers and other majority scumbag races Libertarianism would be the way without a doubt. But part of Libertarianism, the kind of mindset it promotes, it is simply necessary for there to be rigid and small government, however the one thing government is good for (military defense) is the very thing that allows government to expand itself where it shouldn't.

Paradoxically Libertarianism limits government in every way that matters except the way that keeps it in check. Force. Divided population will never unite to overthrow tyranny and so Government runs unchecked by liberal use of force.

they'll still be there and they'll be open for use

you'll just have to listen to some ads and drive in the slow lane unless you're a *PREMIUM* user

this post is not an argument

Ceci n'est pas une argument

Underrated unanswered point I've never heard a Johnson explain. WTF do you do to repel the barbarians at your door?
Hire a mercenary army...
If I have the right to your property by force, why would you refuse to pay for commen defense? Libertarian ideology fell apart in early Civ man, tribes came together for a reason.
Limited government under a united nation-state is ideal.
