like it doesn't make sense. on the second panel it looks like his foot has dissipated and he is thrusting the armor with a very sharp stomp (well, actually the foot on the 1st panel looks like it is 6" long so not so different from a stomp). the amount of force required for breaking magical armor applied by a surface of the heel on the first panel shouldn't penetrate the armor, but probably squash it. and lets also forget he doesn't possess enough mass to do either of both - he needs an anchor to do it or he will be just standing on his armored chest or press him into the ground. his foot motion has to be like half of the speed of light to do it without an anchor. but hey, cartoon logic.
