This film looks shit. How it's possible to look at this and not see The Emoji Movie is beyond belief.

>the 2 anime girls in the superior right corner
This is legal?

We will only be able to determine that a few years into it.

>there won't be an entire portion of the movie dealing with the multitudes of Internet porn
Immersion broken

pretty much, two upcoming disney sequels, two pixar sequels and lots and lots of live action remakes.

revival ended with Zootopia/Moana , Zootopia even has a documentary just like Emperor's New Groove.

>Zootopia even has a documentary just like Emperor's New Groove.
I'm interested. Also, I think a doc on why Gigantic didn't work out would be the real kicker.

you want whole thing or best part?

the whole thing please if you can.

thanks man

Yeah the Pro-Female era. Disney sucks. Only simp/manginas like Disney Shit.

enjoy the feels.

If WiR2 is anything like the first film, it will ostensibly be about the internet, but really revolve around one setting with its own rules.

>Wreck It Ralph
>Movie about arcade games
>Candy puns, candy puns everywhere.

>Wreck It Ralph 2
>movie about internet sites
>drogery jokes everywhere

>If WiR2 is anything like the first film

It will be about Ralph abandoning whatever his goal is so that Sarah Silverman has her way. The first film is garbage.

>Yeah the Pro-Female era
It's like he forgot every princess movie.

their goal is mutual, they need to save the arcade.

this guy got a point. disney is for girls and their mothers

Ralph got what he wanted by the end; respect and appreciation. It didn't hurt him to help Vanellope.

so did Nick Wilde.
so did Maui.

god, these movies are stale.

>Revival started with Bolt
Y'know I liked Bolt but that doesn't seem right

lol! stfu fucknut.

it was first real movie lassetter overseed.

In every Disney poster and article about the Revival Era that they made themselves, Bolt is included in the Revival Era. So to Disney, Bolt is officially part of the revival era, but your own personal feelings may differ.

>Demolish it Dan

Will Ralph finally get a love interest?

Bolt is like the Rescuers Down Under of the Revival Era. It's good, but it's not in the same tier as other films from the era.

But that’s wrong, he didn’t abandon anything, he still got the medal, he just went back to help the only person who ever cared for him and he ever cared for after being reminded that everyone he was trying to prove something to were mindless Twats like Gene.

Personally I find Rescuers down under better than some renaissance films like Pocahontas.

Yes

He already has one.
Quiet you.

Elsa is such a hot babe

We need Shadman's version of it.

Ehh, it’s kinda meh really.

Pocahontas was meant to be Oscar bait, instead it's one of the biggest Disney's embarrassments

No but Reddit is confirmed as well as Yass, a fandom quirky girl

>No but Reddit is confirmed
I was feeling ambivalent about this film until that. Dropped like a ton of bricks now.

>is it just me or..... oh it is? k...
god why do women do this unfunny shit?

Internet "culture" should never ever be in any film ever. I just want to state that right now.

I personally put Robinsons at the start of the Revival Era, being the Great Mouse Detective to Bolt's Oliver and Company.

Plus that was when Lasseter first came into Disney Animation and the first use of the Steamboat Willie logo

>hurr hurr hurr why is a movie about the internet including popular forms of social media that is not accepted within the hallowed memes of my cambodian pottery image board

I still remain hopeful, but the internet setting really makes me feel like they used it to not have to pay for game licenses.

With the internet setting, they can just put Marvel, Disney, Star Wars or anything owned by the company with just paying a little for a couple of app icons or something.

no Capcom or SEGA or Namco references needed anymore. Hell, if they even do I can fucking bet Nintendo won't have any because of their deals with Universal.

A shame, I remember Moore mentioned if he ever got a sequel he actually wanted to give some game guests a bit more of a role as well as tackle other game-related plot points like Fix-It Felix Sr. or Wreck-It Ralph & Co. dealing with how their franchises existed past the Arcades.

Does it really matter why they’re doing it or if it was expected of them if the end result is still cancer?

>why is a movie about the internet
exactly

Have y'all heard of the new disney animated shows that got funded? Animation Golden age 3.0

>durr hurr it's cancer because of my made up internet culture war ddurr ddurr i think pepe is funny

>litterally incapable of replying in any other format
>cries about a culture war while referencing Pepe
Go home Redditor, or alternatively lurk more and learn how not to be a faggot.

I can see why tho. From what behind-the-scene bits we know, they had to deal with game companies constantly telling them 1:1 how x character had to look and how bigger it had to be than the others. Nintendo even overseeing them in the way Bowser'd drink his goddamn coffee.

abandoning the gaming angle, they can now just reference and oversee themselves.

No, and knowing their scheduling and hiatus boner, I’ll probably never see them either.

The Internet Is For Cat VideosTM

No, where this idea came from?

me i gave them the idea, me!

Bebause it will have actual good writing?

The OG princess movies weren't pro-female. Ask any third wave feminist and they'll all agree. The princess movies were simple folk tales that had more focus on magic and the world around the characters than the female protagonists. The princesses never had power to enact change themselves.

Because it's quirkyyyyyyy

What next era will be called? Sequelitis?

why are Americans obsessed with "eras" and "revivals" and over meaningless pretentious words? Is your life so meaningless you need to feel that those lazy 3D toddler movies rewrite some sort of history every year?

Wasn't there a book about 10 years of WDAS?

According to the EPA Americans spend 90% of their time indoors. Plus most people don't like going out during the winter

I am fully in favor of the era starting with Bolt. I remember quite distinctly being so blown away by the scene where he learns how to beg that I thought to myself, "Yup, Disney is back."

You liked the twitter ending?

Disney also considers Fantasia 2000 to be the last Renaissance-era move, but most people give Tarzan that title. I just consider them both to be weird transitional movies that don't really fall into either era.

What in your mind makes Tarzan so different from its immediate predecessors, Mulan and Hercules?

not him, but it wasnt' a musical like the rest

Fantasia 2000 was being produced throughout the entire Renaissance, with segments being produced by crews in-between feature animation projects. Like Steadfast Tin Soldier and Pines of Rome were made before Toy Story was even greenlit.

>why gigantic didn't work out
Disney already made one movie catering specifically to a bizarre fucked up fetish, so they didn't want another one.

...and what movie was that?

>Tangled rated higher than Frozen
All is right with the world.

except Frozen is like the Lion King. It's going to be mined for decades.
