Storytime: Chew Vol. 12: Sour Grapes

Continued from:
This is it, the last volume of Chew. Special Valentine's Day storytime blah blah blah.

I've never storytimed anything this big for Sup Forums for this long before. It was actually kind of fun, when there's nothing on tv and you don't have any games to play and people are into it. I might want to try it again someday, maybe do Transmetropolitan or Marvel Adventures The Avengers.

Coincidentally, I actually cooked something today. Maybe it's influence from this comic, but I marinated some chicken in mesquite barbecue sauce for two days and grilled them in a pan and ate it with a baked potato. It was good.

I own all of the hardcovers.
And I gotta say...
By this volume, it was pretty tiresome, having re-used it's own tropes exhaustively, and not having introduced a fresh new idea for volumes.

I still wish /ck/ had been into this, I started this whole thing for Valentine's Day and thought they would like it.

There's no actual cooking in it.
At least Dungeon Meshi has cooking.
This is just Guy X eats whatever, gets inexplicable goofy powers.
