If you've ever seen the DC Absolute Editions, it's kind of like that, it's The Hunter and The Outfit collected in an oversized format. The new story in it I think eventually got reprinted in one of the smaller volumes.
I'm still upset he never got the chance to do the adaptation of Butcher's Moon before he passed away.
