If that the best example of japanese finnesse in art you are a simpleton weeabo. Are at least 3 or 4 better artist than Araki in japanese market. As for the topic, 80´s Heavy Metal magazine used to have a lot of excelent artists. Right now there are a few of artist working for the frenchies that can be as good as any shit you are reading recently (if you actually read mango).
