literally the only good X-Men book right now. I'm liking Astonishing too but it's not really good because after the first couple issues it drags on. Blue and Gold are garbage, Red is lifeless, Jean Grey was terrible, I haven't read a few of the others but issue 1 of Weapon X turned me off hard. All these X books and THIS is the one that stands out as the only good one? what the fuck?

Rogue is still pure, this along with further proves it. Rogue is talking about how Gambit was one of her first close friends without it being an "abusive" relationship that could end at any given moment. So she merely didn't want to rely on Remy emotionally.
However, you could argue that Gambit clearly using his rape powers to make Rogue believe she loves him makes it a abusive relationship or not.
