Why did those types of preschool shows die out? I used to love that shit when I was 4. Seeing guys like LeVar Burton, Mister Rogers, Shari Lewis, and the Out of the Box guys host a show. It was comfy seeing all these presenters treat you like you were their friend and that you were welcome to visit their place for 24 minutes a day. Then those shows went away in favor of flash cartoons, and those just didn't have the right flavor.
