PPG did this wonderfully tho
Kids Next Door did it good because they were pretty familiar with DBZ.
The best ones are Yugioh parodies.
>anime parody
>it’s always pokemon, Dragon ball or sailor moon
>it’s obvious the writers haven’t even watched those
That one episode of All Grown Up was probably one of the only legit good episodes of that show.
To be fair, the only reason this happens is because the creators of said cartoono were fans of those shows when they were younger or have kids that like it, but think it's stupid.

Name five examples of this, or I'll destroy the planet.
>It's a "show parodies Final Fantasy VII" episode
>It's a "show references JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" Episode
Only one cartoon did this right. What's it's name co?
Kids Next Door? I don't know if they had a Pokemon parody or not. Their DBZ parody was done right because it was like 5 minutes.
Johnny Test?
I love Gumball.
its not when they simply parody it, its they do the most basic fucking job of it, like why cant we have a parody of Pokemon and the characters complain about having to find some specific thing to evolve their mon or take a small jab at how kids can obtain the powers of quasi GODS via local capturing technology.
Are you talking about that one frame in the princess episode where its directly lifted from the Trunks OVA?
i was fucking bewildered when i saw this in the theater
What the fuck is this
Billy & Mandy had the chicken ball z episode
KND had number 4's story
Gumball had a parody
Jonny Bravo had one
And fairly odd parents had one
>Jonny Bravo had one
I'm pretty sure his hair just always looks like that.
His power level's off the charts!
I'm gonna need bigger charts!
Johnny Bravo was the correct answer
