Encouraging new animators to get to work and create something ANYTHING was a good feeling that got me through so many pieces of shit I was rating for their little xp system that made your vote count more the more you voted. Waaay back in the day me and my middle school buddies watched a flash cartoon called Tomorrow's Nobodies. The reboot verion is still up, and they do give me nostalgia from being a dumb 12 year old, but my nostalgia really burns for the older TN series that they deleted a long ass time ago. Some primo old-net flash cartooning there.
Also, the Arfenhouse series brought me to Sup Forums in the first place back when I was that age. One of their episodes had a 'teh rei' joke with a Sup Forums screenshot (which I believe they had to remove) and that made me curious, and so that's how I became a newfag.

I was in the Math teacher's classroom after school in 7th grade, waiting for the buses to come.
Me and three or four other guys were huddled around the computer that conveniently facing away from the teacher's desk and everyone else in the class.
Someone got Newgrounds pulled up and played some Star Wars parody, all I can remember is that the protag was called Hand Solo, obviously, and I think the aliens were shaped like dicks.
In my early teens, before I had internet, it wasn't enough to fap to even then, but it was still magical.
