Since the issue is really just them dealing with stuff in the delivery room, the only things that stuck out to me as King's brand of New Gods retardation was "Who knows what will happen" and "Grandson of Darkseid".
Also...the Female Furies were wasted.
But it's on a high end of a relative scale to how crap this series can be.

I guess the silly names he throws out because "lel New Gods have silly names" bit just comes of as moronic to the point that I just can't take it. As a story it's really bad and I feel like Gerards just keeps getting lazier and lazier with each issues.

He was a hostage/leverage that Darkseid fed to train as a Dog Soldier immediately. Highfather actually made Orion his son, even though it was unnecessary.

Some people will have a name ready like one month into pregnancy, others will find a name later like just a month before, but it's actually very rarely that in real life people experience this cliche of naming him just as the baby's born.
