pretty much a discount Solomon Grundy. He's a supernatural street level threat. Not bad per se.
Probably work in a Swamp Thing book as a one off. Less a physical challenge as it is about saving people, exploring the history and horror of it.
But I'm going to toss him to Hawkman. Original not alien. Decent physical challenge, durable and recurring no matter the punishment he takes, loose parallel of being trapped in a cycle of violence.
Maybe Black Canary for the scream queen angle.
