I wasn't a super big fan, but I enjoyed this show. The characters were endearing, but my favorite aspect was honestly the background art. It had such warmth and atmosphere, and it added a lot to the show's mood.
I wish more current cartoons would do stylized, appealing backgrounds the way Harvey did. They were just plain fun to look at.

While I haven't seen all of it, I absolutely loved this show for it's atmosphere and mood. It's the kind of show that was just pleasant all around. It wasn't all that groundbreaking or ultra-funny, but it was an incredibly well put-together cartoon that didn't need to rely on any sort of current trend, screaming, grossout humor, or general annoyance to keep it entertaining. It was just so "nice".
