Come Up With New Villains For The Flash

HARD MODE: No evil speedsters.

Attached: Reverse Flash.jpg (1024x576, 177K)

An evil slowster

That's the Turtle. There was even TV appearances.

Red Hood. Have him come from Kara's earth. An out of context villain would be cool.

Is season 4 any good ? I season 3 left a bad taste in my mouth. Iris should've died

KM is a Boltzmann construst from the end of time. In the deep time it captured a survivor who told it things like warmth and light, the survivor was once the posthuman ruler of a civilication that ruled over entire galactic cluster before he murdered them for energy, so that he endure entropy.
It waited so that the infinity of time may give it a possibility to see it and consume it.

What leads us to Sotil, a man who can see time and after a power up it was ordered by KM to built a machine capable of crating a Metavaccum Instability so that it one day meet KM and KM may ride the wave of destruction back in time. And The Flash is the prime example what KM needs as Barry Allen is the one survivor.

The Snail.
>Medical Student dropout
>Joined Black Hole Organization as part of their human testing experiments in order to pay tuition bills
>Resulted in a mollusk like body, secreting various types of slime which can be friction-less, be a healing agent, or be a sticky substance that completely absorbs kinetic energy
>Black Hole had various implications for these slimes, and a biology factory but the organization fell apart after Flash intervened
>She's a Rogues fangirl, and wants to join them
>Wears a special containment suit and "shell" containment tank
>Also has telescopic goggles to be The Rogue's "lookout"
>May want to fuck Barry

everyman, he exists everywhere at every second on a qauntum level but is probably not where you observed him.

>cw
>good

that's just faggot catboy from Hellsing

His mom

Door-Man

Can access infinite dimensional space and fabricate new destinations from existing space. The only real limit to his powers is that there must be a definite point of entry that can be open or shut. Being the fastest man alive isn't too useful if you're stuck in a hallway that stretches across time

Jesus, you might as well place a mysterious box in front of The Flash

Have they tried making Crisco evil yet?

They should also make him a vampire.

Name is shit, but the concept is hella good
7.5/10 speedforces

Question is, haven't they done everything already which can negate super speed?
>Captain Cold
>Heat Wave
>Mirror Master
>The Turtle
>Tar Pit
All have skills that counter speedsters. Has gravity been done yet?

So does he teleport and how can be everywhere but "probably not where you observed him" doesn't that him make him someone the flash can't outrun that's also fast enough to be everywhere?

A sentient, talking, telepathic/telekinetic Tiger

so basically Spot

How does Heatwave's skill counters spedsters? I've always been curious about that.

Isn't that just Mirror Master without a gun?

Heat is entropy, the only thing that seperates speed from Entropy is that Speedsters stay together, if you increase the heat and entropy he falls apart.

Also:
The Composite Rogue, in a terrible accident all the rogues are fused into a Frankenstein monster that has a gun in each hand.

Heat Wave is a walking environmental hazard similar to Captain Cold. He creates an area of extreme heat which not only burns, but can lower oxygen levels around him. Ever get heatstroke while running? Moreover, his heat gun is extremely powerful, able to melt The Flash's boots, which are naturally resistant to extreme heat from friction

Attached: Heat_Wave_0003.jpg (657x1024, 317K)

A race of 108 artificial life forms that are able to evolve to become more human like terrorize mankind on across the globe in an attempt to eradicate and replace mankind.
They are able to slow down the flow of time around them and attack their victims. The victim's body slows down but their minds are still present.
These life forms can be destroyed but their cores can escape and bodies regenerated.

what if the flash were to fight someone who absorbs inertia?, I know Marvel has a couple people with that power, isn't The Blob like that?,
has this been done?

Oh wait a minute, user might be onto something here. How about it's a mishmash of Rogue reflections created from Mirror Master's Mirror World? Like a Mirror Door got shattered and their reflections made this....thing. You could do a Kevin 11 type thing where it's not as powerful as The Rogues, but it mixes and matches powers to make up for it

So like a Captain Cold and Boomerang split down the middle and stitched like Composite Superman?

People loved season one and season 2

Transom. She has the ability to cause objects to phase at will so she can make the ground Flash is running on fall out from under him, money to fall through the floor of a moving armoured car, passengers fall out of an airplane. Basically an evil Kitty Pryde, except she cannot phase herself, only objects/people around her.

flash can run in space though.

Strecher

Following the idea of the string theory, this man can stretch space, making it longer or shorter

This means, this villain can endessly stretch space so Flash can't get out from the same place, or compress space to make himself able to move somewhere else without the need of speed, rather because space has just made itself "shorter"

Basically: instead of you climbing the mountain, he can just compress the Montain, do two steps foward, stretch it back and be at the top of the mountain

Mister Mercury, created after an accident at a gold refinement plant. He has an obsession with stealing gold and is heavy/dense enough that the flash can't just grab and drag him to jail, especially since his primary power is melting down into a mercury puddle.

Can he run through solid Earth? (I know he can vibrate through solid objects but how long can he keep that going when there's nowhere to move/run?)

dude could make a mean living just acting as a courier service.

The Exiled
Basically, a cabal of sorcerers that mastered the power of speed force that operate outside of time who hunt down speed force users to siphon their energy to further unlock new unreachable aspects of reality.

The 100 Percent Man

Has a power suit that taps into his life force and harnesses it into incredible power. Able to advance his own natural talents but only out of 100. So he could do a 50/50 split on speed and endurance and be a human wreckingball. Or he could increase his lung strength 100% and be Black Bolt tier in pure devastation. Or he could focus the electrochemical currents running through his brain into a deadly attack. As a consequence, he is constantly in search of a source of fuel. If he doesn't consume a certain amount of energy in a given time period, his power will start to drain in on itself and shorten his life span significantly

I like this one.

>No evil speedsters.
Freeze Frame. He lives in a single frozen moment of time that he can interact with for as long as he wants. He uses the time force. He can phase through things because time is slowed to the point that solid atoms have yet to bond in that moment, and he can inflict massive blows by using the fact that space-time is infinite around him. Also, since it's the flash he has a gun.

Mr. Kaspar was/is a politican gainrd the power of twisting reality by borrowing virtual energy from the deep time. Around a radius of 100 m he has ultmate power, bu he can make a meter to strech infinite. Time and Space is his to mold. He utilized it by unmaking his past and creating his own nation that is somehow near to all others. Kaspers is a Crooked God and bored. The Speed force promises him to push his powers to its ultimate limit. Unmaking reality itself and remaking a one, fit to be ruled by Kaspers.

BANANAB

He's a man in a yellow-banana suit and every surface of his suit is extremely slippery, impossible to hit with a punch or catch. His sliding across the ground, ice-skating like, gives him great speed to keep up with the Flash. Also he has a bunch of tools like banana-bombs, banana-guns and simple banana peels that he can use to stop/hurt the Flash. His carchphrase is "TIME TO GO BANANAS!".
The only way to defeat him is to peel his suit away.

>Allies: the Rogues, but Captain Boomerang in particular
>Enemies: Flash, Zoom, Gorilla Grodd

Also he can do splits.

JTG aka Jonny the Gimmick

He’s a kid who grew up iodizing the Rogues, he knows all of their tech just as well, and in some cases better than the originals. To prove himself he sets out to face the Flash, but when the rogues turn on him and show him no respect he builds up a grudge. He mimics then, framing them for various crimes and ruining the reputation that they had built up with Flash until he’s finally discovered and taken down

So far the main plot is better than S3 (actually surprised me with the quality of a few episodes and unexpected twists) but it takes its sweet ass time getting there. Some of the side stuff is really dumb, too.

There have been a few good episodes, but mostly it feels tired.

Speaking of new Flash villains, I thought Bloodwork was a neat idea. They just didn't really do anything special with him unfortunately

The Futurist
A person who can see into the future and has the reflexes to match it. Basically can see what the flash does before he can ever think of doing it

A big anthropomorphic chameleon that can blend into walks and move silently.

star labs computer becomes sentient and realizes it is trapped there and wants freedom. takes a look at all the forced prisoners the flash team has taken over the seasons and identifies with them. Decides to get revenge on the team . it does so by messing with their calculations slightly i.e Barry has to be at a certain speed when he jumps off a building to save a falling person in time, Cisco gives him the exact speed and time he needs to do it but the a.i messes it up just enough where he misses and the person falls. Does other things like slightly messes up calculations for things meant to sedate a criminal, someone needs surgery on the team and they mess up the anesthetic so they're actually awake during the surgery, and since a lot of these are massive but intricate calculations they just assume that they've made a mistake in their math. It can also develop further by giving flash enemies all the info they have on the team and gives them information on how to defeat the team.

Team flash only finds out after it tries to recruit some of the honorable rogues (snart would be perfect but they wouldn't use him) thinks it's cheating and gives Barry the heads up

A Ghost-Man that can turn invisible, turn intangible, possess people, freeze stuff, and shoot ectoplasm.

Holy shit this gives me an idea. How about a guy, or a duo, who are basically a walking Red Light Green Light game/traffic light? Red flash stops Flash dead, green flash makes Flash unable to stop running.

>The Cosmonaut
A third world power managed to give one of their cosmonauts gravity powers. When their government fell, the Cosmonaut used his gravity powers to escape. He constantly tries to amass wealth, weapons, and mercenaries to take back his home at all costs. The Cosmonaut's gravity powers cause him to suffer from time dilation if he overexerts himself so he's inevitably doomed to turn into a corpse from trying too hard.

Keikaku Dory.
A brilliant japanese-american woman who creates ingenious plans to commit crimes that cannot be stopped by speedsters, by preventing their future actions before they do it.

Attached: 1485820479243.png (843x888, 475K)

Dont forget Peek-a-Boo and Jynx also had their own respective episodes.

somebody send this to DC stat

Get the fuck out of here you degenerate CW faggot

A big fat guy who can absorb calories from other ppl. He finds the Flash delicious and the Flash can't run because he gets so hungry.

"Phantom horde" - it's revealed that when Flash gained his powers, due to them being tied to the timeline, Earth's future itself changed. The "Phantom horde" are survivors from the original future that due to advanced technology managed to retain some partial existence as ghost-like entities, aiming to destroy the Flash in an attempt to bring back their future.

They're non-corporeal but can actually hurt people physically. Flash can also hurt and stop them through the speed force, but it takes a lot out of him. However, they also can't actually keep real presence for long, fading out of reality after some continuous presence and taking a while to return. They don't have super speed, but can teleport and have some telekinesis too.

From that basic concept, then you could spin out multiple characters, like a more benign one that just wants a way to become human again rather than going along with vengeance against the Flash.

A killer who can be intangible and invisible.
How can you catch what you can't see or touch?

This one is cool, like second trickster, but this time no one gives a shit

Some asshole that can manipulate things like equidistance and force perspective.

>a Frankenstein monster that has a gun in each hand.

Attached: laughing goddamn batman.png (266x568, 288K)

Like the time wraiths?

A villain who perpetuates an automatic field of personal atmosphere which actually increases in magnitude the more outside forces of motion, dynamics and kinetic energy match against it, including the Speed Force. Someone tries to shoot him for example and that means the bullet is vaporized by the force of the atmosphere and everything around where the bullet was boils in distance orders of magnitude equal to the force exerted to propel the bullet into motion. Similarly, someone swings a sword at the guy, the sword fragments backward and the guy's skin flays off on contact with the atmosphere, drive a car into him, the car is deflected, burns and a city block turns to ashes. Flash tries his atosecond fuckery, the Earth's oxygen combusts.

Rewind
>Create and control time loops, including how long before they loop. Can therefore trap the Flash in a one minute time loop, for example, rendering him unable to intervene in his crime spree.

Threshold
>Teleportation through portals of varying sizes and scopes. The ultimate thief and getaway man. Can create portals as far as his eye can see and send himself, people or objects anywhere in the world, as well as teleporting objects and people from other places into his close vicinity.

Rush
>A Speed Force user who can infuse things with massive amounts of speed, which destroys objects through sheer energy and friction. While all of the Flash's villains are able to somehow slow him down and match his speed, Rush can juice him so full of speed he can't control himself, can't properly use his powers, and can maybe even die from the strain his body is being put through.

Swarm
>A shapeshifting swarm of nanomites, all controlled by a hive-mind that is immortal as long as a single nanomite remains, capable of interfacing with technology and controlling machines. His goal is to expand, assimilating all technology in the world and then mankind as well.

I see it more like the rogues give a fuck after he starts using their tech and framing them, I mean all he’s really doing is imitating them, and not just one, but all of them. I see JTG having almost zero friends and allies in the Flash comics just because of the disrespect that he shows everyone

Blackout. Creates a fog that can't be seen through and dampens all forces, which he can spread over a great distance. Affects everybody but him. Gravity is weaker. Sound doesn't go anywhere. Things move slower. Time is a tad slower as well. The speed force weakens. Heat is leeched away, making everything cold at best and freezing at worst.

Imagine being in a black void. You can't hear anything. You can't see anything. You feel disoriented. Cold. Then bam he comes out of nowhere to bash you in the head. But where did he go?

So are any of these worth a damn or does Sup Forums still shit idea men?

Attached: Idea Men.jpg (400x300, 22K)

>The Composite Rogue, in a terrible accident all the rogues are fused into a Frankenstein monster that has a gun in each hand.

They sort of had that with Replicant, who could replicate the powers/tech of anyone he'd absorbed. The Rogues' weapons were built into him.

Read the thread fag

That's just Wally's Zoom. Most "time manipulating" OC in this thread are just a variant of Wally's Zoom.

Isn't that just the guy from the great lakes avengers?

>New Villains For The Flash
Postage Stamp Pete
The NIppler
(Assistant) Professor Death
The Tweeter
Blue Waffle
Colonel Segue
Ruth Canal

A self-multiplying villain.
A teleporting villain.
A midas touch villain.
An hability thief villain.

this... doesn't look safe for anyone...

>Hold up, if you're Red Light and he's Green Light, then who's Yellow Light?

[helicopter noise intensifies]

The Goddess Hera.
She makes Flash do 12 tasks.

The "Narrator" someone hired at DC who hates the Flash and wants to do nothing but shit on him.

Attached: yawn2.jpg (400x300, 43K)

A guy who is literally the embodiment of kinetic force.. makes anything ineffective on him except anti matter weapons, bonus its a robot that was made as a search and rescue/anti-meta attack defensive type... so even still its durable as fuck (like almost on par with Superman).

SuicideMan a meta who when he kills himself kills an equal number to the death cause+impact trauma (he heals after a period of time to start again)... so slit wrist is 1 person... jump off a roof at least 100. Teamed with a meta with the power to make you forget the last day or so just by seeing them indirectly even a photo, a sketch or art form of them only makes you forget an hour or so.

A guy who makes pebbles show up in your shoes

Well Zoom does slow down time, so yeah

Attached: Zoom.jpg (600x915, 211K)

Batman with a lantern ring from another dimension.

Yo

Attached: Dawnbreaker.jpg (1200x600, 144K)

And this

I assume precog would be boring but a safe choice against a speedster.

A Dazzler expy might work too. Usin lights and concussive sounds to act as a buffer.

Donald Trump

'Tricky' A 5th dimensional being posing as an apprentice to the Trickster and minor Kid Flash villain.

Basically helps The Trickster compete more evenly with someone who wields the speedforce by amping up all his gags with his reality warping.

A magic elf prince who can leap between panels and stuff and go between different "scenes" in an instant.

One of the uses of his powers is that he can grab or hit the Flash when it is dramatically appropriate to.

Attached: 1511108955845.png (960x600, 1.76M)

>Swarm
Thats already a marvel villain, though. Same name and everything!

Trash

Should just be a terrorist who's competent and practices good OPSEC. First episode would be a building on fire with some boobytraps to slow down the Flash while he's inside and make the team think that the goal is to make the building collapse, but when they get out they realize 20 bombs went off simultaneously around the city while Flash and the team was distracted.

The entire season would be red herrings within red herrings until you see some guy barely on screen get hit by a bus and die. Flash doesn't get him to the hospital in time. Flash doesn't know it but that was the terrorist who was planning everything, and now the team is totally confused why everything stopped being crazy. It'd be an unsatisfying end to the season but next season you could have tons of fun with Barry and the team being super paranoid because they never caught the bad guy and they don't know why the bombings and terrorism stopped, causing them to make dumb mistakes and overthink things with the next villain who's more traditional, some metahuman gone evil.

>someone who absorbs inertia
Well, time to open a old debate.

Attached: vlc-00001.jpg (1280x720, 55K)

HaremMC

>He has the power to charm women out of his league, even though there is nothing extraordinary about him, including men who turn into cute girls

Attached: d41.jpg (850x850, 172K)

someone with incredible strength/endurance and is very heavy

I'd watch it.

Hinder
>He's that guy Powerplex with kinetic absorption from Invincible but with a better name. He saps all kinetic forces he contacts and spits em out, kind of like parasite but it doesnt make HIM stronger, just his next attack
Normally this guy is easily beaten by strongmen who just hold him still and dont hit him, but with Flash everything he DOES is hyperkinetic so I think that's a good foil.

Barb
He like a walking razor wire fence, and can create an entire jungle of metallic thorns emanating from his body. He can also use them as snares or whips

Speedforce null zone projector. Speedforce doesn't work within an X radius.
