Sesame Street hasn't been good since Elmo took over, and they replaced classic animated songs with live action performances, and completely eliminated anything that looked "too dated".

Top tier

Dragon Tales
Franklin
Little Bear
Redwall
Between The Lions
Martha Speaks
Wishbone
Long Ago And Far Away

Zoobilee Zoo (gfy)

31 Minutos is tecnically an early elementary show. I mean it has songs, educational segments, etc. Its just the creators didn´t gave a shit and made whatever they wanted with it.

If you gotta learn mojadoese, the show is automatically too much of a chore to be enjoyable.

Kek.
Well you have to learn burger lenguage to understand Sesame Street. unless you want to see the version where Bigbird is a giant parrot.

Thunderbirds A Go, obviously.

You know, I find it really funny how the West complains about not having enough new cartoons made pandering to them, when there's actually tons of shows with high production values created from the last three years alone.

New Mickey Shorts
Got my friends kids, 4 and 6, into them and he and his wife enjoy em too. Wholesome feel.

What is that orange thing next to Elmo? Grover have a sex change or something?

>The dog that played Wishbone has been dead for 17 years

Yo Gabba Gabba is based.
The songs are the best part.
Lots of life lessons imparted.
Road safety and personal hygiene
And how to be a decent human being too.
It might be light on the Sup Forums
But it's a can't-miss experience

I always thought of this show as one of Playhouse Disney's best Original Series. I loved learning about all these animals from this show

The entire Magic School Bus franchise

more middle elementary school, but still pretty good.

I don’t what other “early elementary” show has a scene where the main characters kill endangered species

Are they still doing open auditions for the new show?

I used to read on websites like jumptheshark.com that SS was only good with the original 70s cast and they went into the shitter after that, but then I realized that it was just nostalgic Gen Xers writing this stuff and it meant absolutely nothing.

in addition to the above:

storybots
furchester hotel
luna petunia
peppa
chuggington
masha and bear
fraggle rock
octonauts
oso

clangers

That fucked me up, and I didn't watched Wishbones that much

Peg + Cat is the only one I can remotely tolerate and let my kid watch often.

Peg + Cat is great, I think your kid might like Hey Duggee.

Good list. Maybe add Sarah and Duck. I have 3 toddlers and actually monitor the quality of what they watch and that's a good short list. Story Bots is pretty funny with all the Weird Al songs, guests, and absurdity.

heh, from the thumbnail I thought...

I remember reading the books a lot as a kid, saw a few episodes of the show online and as far as shows for preschoolers go, it was pretty good
