This is giving me a real Neal Adams Batman feel. Batman just finding himself in a spooky mystery
This is among the best best art ever in a Wondie book-- and that's saying a lot, when she's been drawn by George Perez, Phil Winslade, Colleen Doran, and Jill Thompson in books with her name on the cover
Deeply loving Liam Sharp's Dc work.
He has done for Wonder Woman what Coipel, Djurdjević & later Ribic did for Thor.
Did you read the Rebirth WW run?
Sharp was on that at the start if you want to see more of his WW work.
It swaps back and forth each issue between Sharp & other artist but they are all good.

I'm really starting to like this run. Reminds me of the old Lengends of the Dark Knight runs from back in the early 90's.
Yes and it was great there as well, it just feels like he's taken it a step further with this book
It also helps that he seems to adore the character and really understand what she's all about
I didn't think that would ever be referenced again
You mean Endgame. He never died in Final Crisis
Celts must unite! I like this comic
Get bent, potato!
I do too, friend
I'm really liking this. Loving the art in particular
This is a cool fucking book.
>read up on Celtic Folk Heroes
>they all die like little bitches
>Cu was beaten when he was tricked into eating dog meat
>Fergus was anticlimactically murdered while he was skinny-dipping
>Medb got murdered by a piece of cheese
>Diarmuid cucked his boss and was killed by a boar because his boss wouldn't give him healing water because of said cucking
Christ, what a shitshow mythology.
Also:
>“Then Medb got her gush of blood.
>‘Fergus’ she said, ‘take over the shelter of shields at the rear of the men of Ireland until I relieve myself’.
>‘By god’ Fergus said, ‘you have picked a bad time for this‘.
>‘I can’t help it’, Medb said. ‘I’ll die if I can’t do it’.
>So Fergus took over the shelter of shields at the rear of the men of Ireland and Medb relieved herself. It dug three great channels, each big enough to take a household. The place is called Fual Medba, Medb’s Foul Place, ever since.
>Cú Chulainn found her like this but he held his hand. He wouldn’t strike her from behind.
>‘Spare me’ Medb said.
>‘If I killed you dead’, Cú Chulainn said, ‘it would only be right’.
>But he spared her, not being a killer of women.”
Happy St. Patrick's Day
This art is fucking awful
I swear to god, if the ugly monstrous guy is behind the murder
such a bloody cliche
90% sure its gonaa be that red haired fertility god dude who started this whole thing
I'm really interested in seeing how this goes. Pretty cool seeing Celtic stuff
He still got shot by Darkseid. And it was referenced in the Robin Apocalypse arc in Batman and Robin.
Reading bump
>calling batman a knight
that's cute
this. I don't think the line work is that bad but the coloring is absolutely fucking hideous.
Two issues of oldschool Brave and the Bold will be collected in the "Wonder Woman, Diana Prince Omnibus."
and of course this cover is completely misleading
I guess next issue will be the ones that is supposed to sell us on the idea of the teamup, because so far it just looks like he was included for marketing purposes.
Storytime? Does she job in this?
Slow thread, so here we go. She does 90% of the work to save the day.
Those half-pages are a little annoying, but at least these actually look like digitals. Some of the recent DC releases have been pretty bad
I kinda want to like the comic, but I find it boring. I skip a lot of text without realising it and have to conciously re-read it again.
Oh man, that top panel
Whoops, I read ahead,
This top panel is great, not the previous page.
This was a Gardner Fox character
Diana doing the heavy-work
Aren't bales very heavy? She might have just killed that dude.
Damn it Ching
The end!
I wonder who else on the JLA has a criminal record. Ollie most likely.
it would be fine it wasn't as dark as it is
I actually really like it. I'm not sure I've seen Fajardo's art anywbere else before.

what
Sharp loves Wonder Woman. Hes doing double duty as writer/artist and writing his favorite hero hes gonna pull out all stop.
ump
...
I wish Batman wasn't shoehorned in this story. Despite being a detective he feels so out of place like in every crossover.
I like it too, it's kinda rare for Batman to be focused on sleuthing these days. Plus this one is a magic mystery too, shit's gonna be outside his element
He totally was't killed, folks!
Constantine would be a better option as a occult detective (or Dr. Occult actually), but he doesn't have the same kind of name-branding anymore, and I would imagine that the De Danann would be aware of him and his shenanigans.
freaking fairies
I find it odd that he kept the skull
heh
Bruce and Clark always look so similar. Bruce with that curl looks just like Clark, and I bet if Clark slicked his hair back he would look just like Bruce.
Thanks OP
>ywn by called King McCool
This is the best Bruce face I've ever seen
Thanks OP. I liked this issuw so muxh I'm gonna buy the TPB whwn it comes out.
