TTv1 has some of the worst art I've ever seen from the Dodson's, and the story in both isn't very good.
That said, I did approve of how different TT-E1 was compared to the regular stuff. It might have been the most creative of them (in straying from source material).

There is no continuity between books.
The writers of this have stated this is it's own thing. And the entire point of Teen Titans Earth One was the TT are the first heroes and thus aren't attached to the mentor heroes.

Anyway back in 2009 when they cooked up and announced Earth One (on Dec 7) it was originally meant to be connected a la Ultimate Universe as per the original news announcement, when it was just Superman and Batman in the works.

Well new 52 happened a year later (proving how rushed the entire reboot was), which rendered Earth One redundant. And Morrison officially took WWEO instead of it being just Trial of Diana Prince. With TTEO they officially threw out the idea of all the books being connected. It's obviously just an imprint where a writer can have 1+ OGNs to reimagine a character and their supporting cast. Morrison may say everything is all connected but that's how he rolls, Didio et al probably aren't interested in their original plan anymore.
I believe Batman or Superman is mentioned in one of the other's books but it can easily be hand waved into it's just THAT version of Batman, not Johns' version.

Also TTEO came out in Nov 2014, also probably being worked on for about a year or two since that's how OGNs work, and Multiversity #1 came out in August 2014.
