If Judy was able to blackmail him with evidence of his tax avoision then it's safe to assume that he would go to jail for it.

She actually didn't have any usable evidence and the way she forced Nick to help her and got him into danger is super illegal. In fact, an actual cop made a list of all the crimes Judy committed through out the movie that's floating around somewhere online.
