I do. I suffered gender dysphoria in the past however I came to terms after years of having it and thankfully never went through a sex change. Not everyone who is trans has gender dysphoria to begin with but give themselves gender dysphoria by becoming trans. Every trans person will come to the realization that there is just no way you can ever become the other gender and that's why trans people have such high suicide rates. I don't accept them to protect them, it'll hurt for them but it'll hurt worse down the road when they feel the regret of pouring all your life into a fake identity.
