Hello, Storyteller.

So, Crush, Daughter of Lobo. Will the main man try to murder his progeny, or is she dolphin tier?

Fuck me, I wish it would fucking rain. The spiking temperature keeping things dry is hell on my skin.

we full-on dangerously meta this issue

murder, he has to

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-04.jpg (625x958, 124K)

>nun who trains pit bulls

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-05.jpg (629x966, 103K)

Unpopular opinion but I fucking can't stand Lobo. Yes I know he's ~satire~ of 90s shit but fuck is he annoying. He's up there with Hawk, Dove, Firestorm, and all of the Inhumans on the list of characters the big two need to stop trying to make us like

I really hope not. Lobo can't remain one note forever, else he gets boring again. After all, Nubo was ultimately the result of the character not being interesting enough, so they tried to give him emotional depth to make him an actually compelling character instead of a joke.

And really, Crush herself is a great way to add some kind of depth, while also being an extension of the character's satirical roots. Lobo raising a kid. The jokes write themselves.

Hey OP.

I completely forgot thread yesterday.
To comment on that threads chatter- I don't want Justice League Dark to be urban fantasy. That genre is too tied to vampire/werewolf love triangles.

What do you want it to be?

same, I only didn't mind him early on in LEGION and during 52

Laurell K. Hamilton has so much to answer for

Oh shit, we 90s now Queststrike. Bloodquest? Pouchtion?

It depends on how she reacts to her father. In Infanticide it was Lobo's bastard children that tired to kill him for being a deadbeat dad

Bloodquest!

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-08.jpg (633x966, 115K)

Nice quote.

And who could forget Vandal Savage's children torturing him in Hell?

so how are you owls today

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-09.jpg (620x958, 120K)

Eating cheddar biscuits so I’m good.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-10.jpg (620x958, 100K)

I'm enjoying watching a certain board turn against their great leader.

om nom nom

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-11.jpg (629x958, 147K)

Spring has been delayed one more day and it's in the 40's here so I'm good. Also a stranger paid for my coffee

???

40s is cold

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-12.jpg (629x958, 142K)

>40s is cold
Oh man OP you live a blessed life.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-13.jpg (637x982, 98K)

I don't think that's that controversial an opinion. He isn't a satire of jack, he's an apotheosis of it.

Cold is nice

the only thing the Big 2 need to do with Lobo is keep up the Alan Grant reprints

I live in Texas

I lived in Chicago and New England, I know what cold is, but no more

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-14.jpg (629x958, 117K)

>???
Sup Forums is turning against Trump

Yeah, no, that's not happening. Not more than it does on any given week.

You people who say 90's is hot are the blessed ones

LOLOLOLOL

>tfw it was -8C/-18F and I started sweating outside
Oh, Canada. I'm going to suffer this summer.

Hey OP! How's Automata?

D: D: D: D:

I haven't started yet because I'm not tempting any more agony than I'm already in with a knotted shoulder/everything

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-16.jpg (629x958, 124K)

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-17.jpg (629x958, 98K)

I dunno. It's own thing? Shadowpact 2.0? A DC take on the mystic parts of the Defenders? Anime?

Her and White Wolf Games.

It boggles my mind vampLARPs are/were a thing.

Makes sense tbqh, Sup Forums is ultimately just about counterculture shitposting. Only so long you can go with a "winner" before the worm turns.

>White Wolf Games.

Reminder that they had vagina dentatas and mpreg in the setting.

the descent into porn those books take is fascinating in retrospect and completely explainable by the breakup of her first marriage

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-18.jpg (629x958, 113K)

They had fucking everything man. They had a book for their ghost supplement about the Holocaust.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-19.jpg (629x962, 96K)

How do you mean?

Nonplussed. My hip/back have been sore all week, possibly sciatica. Something messed up at work over the weekend. Spending too much time on /tg/ for not having anyone to play with.

Fuuuck yeah, the movie issue.

Doing OK, thanks. Temp's dropping, but I stayed home and got back to playing Yakuza 5. We had a bigass Lady Shiva thread that went on from Friday to Saturday and it only died earlier today. It was goooood.

I still do a yearly playthrough of VtM:B around Halloween

What threads do you hang out in on /tg/, user?

Did you play either of the kinda text adventure ones they put out recently?

>Yakuza 5
I cant believe we've gone from worrying SEGA won't localize them to getting two a year between new games and the Kiwami remakes

Richard the werewolf was her first husband, when they got divorced is when he started being written as a totally horrible shitbag and the MC slept with everyone

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-20.jpg (629x962, 130K)

No, my experience with WoD is pretty much limited to that one game, and a few hours of the older crpg that they put out before

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-21.jpg (625x962, 90K)

> that one Mage book that was so creepy and such blatant pedophilia apologism that all the writers involved got blacklisted from the industry
> that one time a disgruntled author deliberately trolled White Wolf by writing a setting destroying book and they actually went and published it
> that one book that was so racist the company later on disowned it
> the time they forgot to print half the magic system for one of their Kindred of the East books, making it unplayable

Marvel's editorial has nothing on the incompetence of White Wolf Games' editorial.

>Male bonding
Heheheh.

It's fucking *insane* how much those games exploded. I remember making plans with a friend to make posts about "Please buy Yakuza 5". Guess it's proof of the power of word of mouth and the benefits of having an accessible title on a new console.
Now, if they could only confirm the localization of that Hokuto no Ken game...

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-22.jpg (620x954, 126K)

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-23.jpg (641x954, 97K)

I feel that while vamps and wolves are the cliche, they hardly monopolize the genre.

>40s is cold

Fahrenheit makes no sense and you'll never convince me it does.

>two members are junkies, another a drunk
Sounds electable as mayor for Hub City, honestly.

> Guess it's proof of the power of word of mouth and the benefits of having an accessible title on a new console.
The same can be said for Nier Automata.

Fahrenheit is nice because you can talk in decades

"oh it's in the 70s today"

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-25.jpg (620x954, 93K)

>confirm the localization of that Hokuto no Ken game

I also want that complete Fist of the North Star e-reader manga, so far they've only been made for kickstarter backers I believe

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-27.jpg (625x958, 86K)

This are finally starting to thaw a bit here. I need to shovel a path to my Apple tree before it's too late to prune it.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-28.jpg (625x978, 104K)

>Fahrenheit is nice because you can talk in decades
But we do that with Celsius, too.

21 C and 29 C have like fucking nothing in common in terms of clothes I'm wearing

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-29.jpg (625x962, 88K)

Speaking of games, I'd like to put forth a question: What exactly IS an open world, and how do games like Metroid and Zelda not qualify?

Cause as far as I can tell, open world just means no visible loading transitions between locations.

Not really senpai. I've never said the noughts, tens or twenties. And 1C is a big difference to 9C.

>I also want that complete Fist of the North Star e-reader manga
Honestly, that just seems like a pain. I honestly wish they just released it digitally.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-30.jpg (625x958, 119K)

Lately /5eg/ and /aosg/ for some raisin.

Fucking agronomists!

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-31.jpg (625x966, 89K)

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-32.jpg (625x966, 91K)

We tend to say teens, mid-twenties, low-thirties here.

OH SHIT THIS LOOKS FAMILIAR

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-33.jpg (666x1020, 82K)

I really like that they made an e-reader specifically designed to mimic holding a physical manga volume.

>low-thirties
Ah, that must be nice.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-34.jpg (666x994, 75K)

I don't think "no loading screens" should matter as much as variable quest order.

Neat

Proly haven't run into you much then. I can't stand the D&D generals.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-35.jpg (629x958, 116K)

>Lobo has a daughter now
>still no Lyta Trevor
Obligatory fan boy griping.

Is it really so unreasonable to want Diana, Steve, and Lyta to have adorable family shenanigans? The rest of the Trinity is doing it, why not Wondy?

Lemme know how it turns out.

Minus thirties, m8.

Sharp did have that fertility god visit her and Steve while they were in bed, so you can hope for the best. Maybe.

Attached: thequestionquarterly#003-36.jpg (625x958, 93K)

That's an argument from familiarity. I know what Celsius temperatures mean from distinct distinct phenomena at major waypoints. 0 is freezing, and is the vital signpost of life in Canada. 40 in either direction is "Remain Indoors" weather.

>The rest of the Trinity is doing it, why not Wondy?
Because the only way I see it coming about for her is via yet another retcon of her life*, in order to bring about a non-baby child into the narrative.

*With obligatory disappearance of the Amazons.

I love this goofy twist so much. And the obvious change from Cathy to an actor.
>And they... they're only bad guys.

Steve is a good boy and they always play it safe. Lobo uses the pull out method, as in hop on his bike and pull out of there with no contact info.

well yes, but you do have to be more exact about, like, 21 vs. 27, whereas in F you can be loosey and still not burn/freeze misdressed
