Whatd you think of Donald Trump before June 2015

>I wish this man was my president

>tfw to smart to run america

This that shopped?

I thought he owned the Empire State Building

I didn't think of him at all. Better times...

now he is, funny isnt it?

It's hard to remember. It's like my memory of him before he ran for president has been completely overridden.

I do remember that I thought his announcement speech was funny, but I didn't take him seriously at all. I would have given him a 0.0% chance of winning at that time.

He was in wrestlemania, is a tv show host or something.

>that funny rich asshole from the apprentice

i knew him as a twitter troll billionaire

This.

other than the fact ht thinks obama wasnt born in America, i dont mind him

i loved the apprentice

That orange guy who was on WWE once

well I followed him on twitter and thought he was funny

but the whole birther shit was retarded

thought he was funny, my mom has loved the guy since i was a kid watching his show

That rich guy who tried to copyright "you're fired" once.

He's a big guy

The billionaire guy who walked into a wrestling ring with music with lyrics that just said 'money money money'

I couldnt help but be impressed honestly

I only knew who he was because of this photo

Rich guy who knew how to be rich.

the "YOURE FIRED" guy, kinda cool

But Obama wasn't born in the US

Strict but funny celebrity businessman who was on one of the only "reality" shows I liked.

That guy who gave directions to the bathroom

I can't even remember when I found out he was running. But beforehand, I only knew him as a rich real estate guy who owned the Plaza hotel.

He owned a part of it but sold it to a competitor of another share holder

I have to be honest. My initial reaction when Trump announced his candidacy was negative.

Didn't really know who he was besides the apprentice and home alone 2.

Now he's my master.

I only knew him from commercials for the Apprentice. Never even saw the show.

All I knew about him is that he's rich and looks goofy. Then you do some more research and then this happens.

pretty much what obama made fun of him for at the correspondent dinner

I didnt know he existed

i thought he's a pornstar

More or less that he's a business man that is in the WWE Hall of Fame

I remember who he was from The Apprentice, his WWE run and some brief times seeing him in the media in the early 2000s and late 90s.

knew Trump as character in the novel American Psycho, Bateman never shut up about admiring him

My family liked him. Thought the birther thing was kinda weird but I always had an understanding that he started with mostly nothing and made a huge name for himself off of smarts and hard work.

Only knew about his Birther thing and some twitter stuff

I have had his face tattooed on my ass since 2004.

Gordon Gecko type American businessman. I didn't know what he did for a living. Knew he was wealthy, knew he was supposed to be a tough guy. That's about it.

I just remembered him as a media personality and successful businessman (I remember seeing his face printed on magazines such as Forbes, Maxim, etc after he turned his company around).

I also remembered when he trolled Tom Green since he kept bitching about being cut during Sup Forums's raids on Tom's show.

Oh, and I thought he was running as a joke and believed he had no chance until the Trump Organization issued a statement slamming political correctness. Sup Forumstards as a whole started to really warm up to him after that and moved away from Rand.

t.a fucking leaf

>(you)
Dude. Stfu.

Obama was born in the U.S.
Climate change is real.
Vaccines do not cause autism.
Evolution is real.
9/11 was only kind of an inside job.
Chemtrails are not real.

MAGA

That was to the lobby you pleb.

I voted for sanders in the primaries. I didn't hate Trump but I was a bit cautious of him. I loved how he pissed off so many people though. but after Sanders lost and was sold out I turned to Trump and am very pleased he won

Knew him from many things, always liked him.
Long ago there was a Rucka Rucka Ali song, in which he implied Trump could just buy the White house and "tell Obama that he's fired".

That song was looping in my head when he decided to run and since then, and mfw that actually happened.

But yeah liked the guy since ages ago.

I thought he was a member of Shark Tank or a show like it. I thought he was a 70's TV star who made millions then retired. I read a Mad Magazine about him loving the band meatloaf and trying to run as a president before.

I knew he owned a lot of shit and was rich but that was about the extent. Never really had an opinion on him

Fuck off holy shit
You cucks are worse than fucking liberals, at least they stand up for something
If you're not Sup Forums material get off my fucking board REEEEEEEEEEE

>reality TV billionaire that likes to put his name on the buildings he owns
>dislikes Obama and investigated his place of birth
That's pretty much it.

Honestly defended his business choices. He cheated many people out of money by using the ability to claim bankruptcy. He's an American businessman who made the system work for him. So many here in NJ try to blame the fall of the once great Atlantic City casino industry on him; whilst utilizing the utmost blissful ignorance to nearly every past mayor of AC being in prison/charged for corrupt acts.

Shadilay

I had no idea who he was same thing with the rest of Gen Z.

Who?

I knew he was a pretty rich guy that had some shitty television show. Did not really know much about him besides that.

>"holy shit is that Donald Trump's car"
>"holy shit, is that Ivana Trump?"
Great movie.

>Gen Z
He had The Apprentice + birther shit in recent years, why would he be unknown to Generation Zyklon B?

>gen Z
this is an 18+ site user

a democrat

whos gonna pay

eccentric rich guy on tv who said you're fired to people and complained about obama being kenyan

Trump didn't even really register for me before October 2015. I vaguely knew he was running during the summer but I had other shit on my mind then.

I knew just enough about Trump's campaign that when South Park first aired last year I understood what the Wall was about (I remember not thinking much of it, there already being a fence and all) and I knew that I kinda wanted a MAGA hat just for shits and giggles and because I look good in red.

Then I caught a video of Trump telling the Republican Jewish Coalition he knew they wouldn't support him because he wouldn't take their money. That's when I knew this was something else, something not before seen on the American political scene.

I had landed on Sup Forums just a little earlier. I frequented Sup Forums and /lit/ a lot before the Paris attacks, but Sup Forums turned out to be a very good source for the latest news. Naturally, after I saw Trump call out the jews, I wandered into Trump General.

This eventually led to a complete overhaul of everything I ever thought I knew. I wouldn't change a thing if I could do it over.

The same as I do now.

Stupid normie TV show guy

I never watched The Apprentice. I knew him from Howard Stern. I thought he was one of the best guests because he was essentially fearless. He would tackle any question head-on. I liked that. He was also charming as hell.

I totally thought he had a good chance of winning. I put it at 50/50 against Hillary. The precedent I cited at the time was Arnold Schwarzenegger. I thought, "If motherfuckers can vote The Terminator/Kindergarten Cop to the governorship of California, is it that much of a stretch for Americans to vote Trump as president?"

And also, look at Taylor Hicks from American Idol....a lot of people were like, "What the hell!? How can people like this piece of shit!! He's horrible!!!" - yet he was always on top the entire way through the contest. That's essentially Trump. He's very polarizing. People love him or hate him. Those who hate him look at him like a Taylor Hicks, "Ugh!! I hate his personality! I hate the way he looks! Everything about him!"

I'm just glad I love our new President. The first Presidential candidate I've actually voted for who won. Nice to be on the winning side for once.
