Fans of the original aren’t even the slightest factor in TGC’s creation and development. They’re throwing away everything you love about the original into the trash. Not one episode out of any of total of forty seven you watched and enjoyed, has any impact on what is to come in TGC. So folks, you can stop wasting your time crafting theories as to how TGC connects to the original, because it doesn’t. Or what character development over four seasons/47 episodes will be present in this series… it’s all out the window.

And yet the marketing is pretty bad. The YouTube videos beyond the first trailer, which was posted on many sites, have low view counts. Not something you'd expect from an upcoming show, and all the more indication that people just don't care.

Unfortunately based on what I've see, 90-99% of all the people who just now hear of TGC, are mistakenly blaming Netflix for creating it. Would've been different had there been a Rainmaker logo at some point in that trailer. Though I guess it'd be "Mainframe Studios" and that'd lead to even more confusion.

Gave the game a try. It is one of the worst tie-in games I've ever played. There's nothing to learn. If you can match the tiles, and pace out the attacks between the teens, you can win. It's slow and just not good.

The full game is actually an Android / IOS game, which goes up to Level 100. You basically fight Hex, and a few brick walls. Nothing spectacular at all.

From what I saw posted in that group, it goes to the end of show, the black hole episode. But from the video posted, it doesn't give much story info.
I also saw they use the sentinel model a fuckton, so maybe the show doesn't have many bad guy minions. I don't think we will see Hack and Slash in this show or game.
