So, playing my odds, I wont get really sick until 40+. If I don't smoke and rarely drink, this probably increases to 50+.

So why the fuck would I need to pay for health insurance for 20 years before seeing any benefit? and say like I never received health insurance and it hit my credit - who gives a fuck?? If I don't own real estate by 40 I fucking suck and deserve a shit credit score.

You'd need to get some kind of tax amnesty. It's due and owing unless the law that assessed the tax was invalid at the time the tax was assessed.

I see no reason to believe Trump is going to also push for amnesty for past due Obamacare taxes.

Of course, if he does, and you've paid it, you're not getting a refund. Nor are any of the people who paid the fine. Nor are any of the people who actually got insurance but could never use it.
