this, here in germany we have certain points where addicts can get clean needles in exchange for old ones so they dont leave it lying around and dont infect others, they get a clean room where they can shoot, and counceling available. when one of those places closes they often go to another one, and some asshole dumb nigger tier cops think its a good idea to catch them on the way from one to another and take their drugs in an effort to look like they are doing actual work and deserve a raise while in reality they just break the concept of those places making the junkies go elsewhere, leave needles everywhere, possibly even on playgrounds and make it harder for them to find some counceling. like those people dont have it hard enough already (maybe its their own fault but still) those pseudy dictators and their dumbass uniforms need everyone to respect their authoritah. wish some of the junkies would just pull a gun to protect his stuff from them and shoot them
