As a dominican male living in the usa i can tell you from intimate experience the issue with immigrants are
1-the city environments- it encourages people to not work so the government provides for them
2-the immigrant themselves- this is harder to tell, it could be a genuine legal immigrant that has come to improve their lot in life through better opportunities provided by the country for example-business owners,immigrants that actually work and arent leeches, immigrants that naturalize and become career military.
