Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

Sure. The policy of universal education was a good one. It's not something exclusive to socialism or communism however. Salazar made similar advances in Portugal.
Had the revolution failed in Cuba, the island would be more akin to Puerto Rico today than Haiti. It has a similar demographic profile, culture, and partially dominated by the USA.
They export more humanitarians and doctors than any other country.
