This is how I made the connection. I did some research on Oliver Miller back when those weird pictures on CPP's tumblr were discovered. Turns out he owns Dr. Pong and Nalu Diner, which are about 0.6 miles apart. My theory was that he was building a tunnel connecting the two. When I saw the post about the tunnel I went back to my notes and BAM there it was. I didn't even see it the first time around.
