Honestly I think ghetto conditions seem set up to make it hard to actually pull yourself up in without being able to move the fuck away. This is no excuse for nigger behavior and shit, but I think if a problem like this seethes for so long it takes a real strong hold. Gangs and violence still do exist, drugs are rampant, and businesses have all but left (gee i wonder why). Things like this are gonna seriously slap any nigger trying to be human in the face and try to drag them back down. They have no concept of the world at large, or even anything outside their immediate surroundings. They shuffle around looking for basic food/drugs/sex/the next party and repeat that their entire life. Its like they have mental blinders on. I was on the train the other day and heard some kinds who couldn't have been older than 15 talking about visiting a hooker, even though one pointed out to his friend that he already had kinds. He said he was doing it "for the experience".

This is pretty much another perfect example of how their culture drags them back in. You can't leave it without getting hit from all sides for "selling out", "forgetting where you came from", or being an "uncle tom". They've entrenched themselves deep in a culture that tells them not to rise above it and if they try they can lose everyone they know and have helped them in their life. It's a very shitty set up, but they set it up themselves. When you add drugs to the mix it really gets out of hand, and I don't mean just doing drugs but the easy money selling drugs. That one is a problem that hit us hard where I came from, but without the black culture added to it or being in a big city it keeps itself in check instead of spreading like wildfire. Honestly if a large group of them stood up and said "man this is stupid lets fix this shit" it would be a bigger step than any amount of money we could throw at the problem.
