Believe it or not, it was a chinese martial arts movie that made me think.
The movie was called Ip Man. And at the end of the movie, the chinese martial artist, fights and beats a Japanese General Martial Artist. This gets the people excited and they fight back against the Japanese. And the thing that got me was at the end of the movie, says something like:
"The chinese people banded together and fought against the japanese, winning the war".
It got me wondering what the chinese think happened during the war, because we're obviously taught that the atomic bombs ended the war in Japan, and the chinese didn't do shit.
Which made me think even further, what were the germans thinking during the war? They obviously had their view point and fucking loved hitler. That made me know that there was another side to the story, so I did research

About a month ago BBC did a preposterous story about "Germany's Nazi village," it was literally a lot of whispered rumors, all from this one woman who was an admitted government informant.
A movie about the obvious moon hoax. Not one that said anything like the US never went to the moon. It just showed photos and quotes from NASA showing they lied like kikes.
Once I understood they were lying about the first moon trip I started slipping down the hole.

When I was 10 years old my mom bought a book called "100 biggest conspiracies of the 20th century". It was before 2000 and everyone was freaking about y2k. Book was pretty on point.
2-3 years later friends have shown me Europa Universalis and that was pretty much over.
Also around this time I've learned that my grand-grandpa was practicing occultism and black magic. Most of the books were burned by grand-grandma, but grandma still keeps some books from early 20th century. Mostly printed in Prague. One was about 19th century black magic, another was about hypnosis and a couple of these were about astrology.
Grandma got inspired by her dad and until today she's very zelaus catholic, but it doesn't stop her from practicing some simple occult tricks. Also she's a devouted herbalist.
My mom is an architect and was offered to join freemasonry through some charities and rotary clubs, but she has declined.
