There is a lot about Libertarianism that I believe in.
I like some aspects of their live and let live attitude that neither Liberals or conservatives have.
But I know that a lot of said believes can not maintain a functioning political state or nation-sized civilization that the world is accustomed to today.

Right wing authoritarianism is only the far right though.
By definition, the moderate right wing just wants the political order to stay more or less the same. That means that while they may have once been moralizing ethnic nationalists, today they are now basically just classical liberals.
The "far right" is basically just when people want to "return" to some previous state that may or may not have even existed. And the biggest examples of far right states, Japan, and Nazi Germany, are also sorta leftwing states if you squint.
The point being, radical political movements have a horseshoe effect.
Also most of those things aren't left vs right issues, they are busybody vs apathetic issues associated with authoritarian political moderates the likes of Hillary Clinton.

Drug, porn and prostitution prohibitions are all supported by the UK's conservative party and abortion and trade union restrictions are supported by right wing parties across the board
Hate speech laws are supported by most left wing parties outside the US as well as gun prohibitions and certain freedom of association issues are supported across the board
