Police Hill is still heavily fortified. They were trying some probing attempts yesterday but the rebels are dug in. They could bomb the hell out of them from the air, but then they'd have no cover once they take the hill. WIth the new district taken though, they can attack from there and the airport at the same time, the line of defense is only set up to repel attacks from the airport's direction.
